Because they are English speaking countries and everything is taught in English there, whereas in countries like china, Russia, Germany and other countries their spoken laguage is their native language not english and because of this patient interaction can reduce.

thank you for your guidance, im just going to start my 2nd year mbbs . dada do you have any advice on how to prepare for this exam from 2nd year pov. what should i focus more on, and ive watched many videos of neet pg rankers but no one mentions much about the books. is reading standard textbooks even necessary? please make a video regarding this if possible. once again thank you so much!
Do read standard textbooks( specially Robbins)

But sir after seeing the current pattern of neet pg in evening shift , don't u think it was more conceptual and main notes should be done for some subjects ?? Please guide upon that for which subjects main notes should be done as i gave the evening shift and got the worst rank ? As i didn't do main notes previously .
Main notes should be done during mbbs days....Now time is very limited so rapid revision is best....still if u want to go for main notes, study Patho,Surgery,O&G + your weak subject....

Sir I scored good in neet UG but missed govt college in few marks my parents r suggesting me join in sf ( private) in that too due to high competition I will get very least choiced new college
Does patient flow matter for mbbs?
If u are financially stable, mbbs from private college with good academics is better than peripheral govt colleges
(Patient flow doesn't matter in mbbs)
