The way you roll closing the wrap like an envelope makes the Lumpia more juicy and way better than the sausage roll type with exposed ends that tends to dry the filling too much in my opinion.

One of the best snacks, and I did not even know these existed a year ago.
My wife uses chicken/turkey, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, water chestnut and prawn, gives its a nice crunch and so tasty.
