- Dopo diverse richieste finalmente sono riuscita a pubblicare la ricetta dei wafer senza uova. Ho cercato su internet, sui libri, ma non ho trovato la ricetta che volevo, allora l'ho dovuta creare e sperimentare. Questa che vi propongo è una ricetta di una grande squisitezza, oltre che per i biscotti wafer, potete utilizzarla per fare le cialde, per creare i coni dei gelati eccetera. Ho farcito i biscotti con una crema montata alla vaniglia, anche essa senza uova. Volendo si può farcire con creme al burro e altro.
