Million years of evolution but humans couldn't develop a better spine

I've read that our spine isn't much different from when we were walking on all fours and that our spine is much better suited for walking on four legs. So yeah, our bodies still have some work to do to catch up to becoming bipedal lol.

@@johnh8705 Not true, but okay! I have zero idea what is up with some Christians and their completely illogical belief that humans and Earth have only been around for 5,000-6,000 years. First off, I'm a Christian, but I also believe science is correct on a lot things, the age of Earth and how long humans have been around being just 2 examples. Why do so many Christians think you can't believe in a lot of what secular science says when it comes to certain things? It's ludicrous. Christianity and science are NOT mutually exclusive!

@@BLIVEitDisc bulges are very weird. Most people have lots of them or at least protrusions the older they get. But that doesn't mean it's gonna cause pain. Pretty random honestly, but you definitely want to keep moving, because that's what your discs and all the connective tissue around it (your disc cannot just slip out like a burger patty btw), fascia, muscles and the vertebrae themselves need. Not saying you will be immune to a disc bulge but being strong and mobile greatly reduces the chance to experience a symptomatic (with pain and tingling) disc bulge. Move regularly and to the extremes of your ROM, do weird, uncommon and a lot of diverse movements. And even if you develop pain, support your body through the healing process (which will naturally resolve the pain in most cases in like 2 months or less) and don't be afraid of movement but take it slow at the start and gradually get back into it.

Can "mild" bulging discs in lumbar cause extreme walking/ sitting issues? Stiffness/ Numbness?
Head Pressure/ Neck Instability and stiffness too
What about a Hemangioma in L1? Also, could that possibly start bleeding?
Or bone spurs in cervical and thoracic?
My Neurologist says No - none of that is causing any of my systems.
I think he's ignorant - or just gaslightimg me.

A friend recommended Planet Ayurveda's spinal health supplements, and I can't express how much they helped me regain my mobility and reduce pain. If anyone is dealing with this, their natural approach is worth exploring.

Aap Dr sabhi sirf lecture de sakte he lekin proper koyi solution nahi de sakte he is disease ke liye. Sabhi Dr ek hi he is department me.worst department and worst disease in this world. Dr log sabhi sirf video me Karan lashan batate he lekin permanent ilaj nahi karte he.Mene jitna bhi patient dekha he sab ka ek hi kehna he Dr aur dawai change karke thak Gaye lekin pain jesa tha besa hi he. Permanent cure kese karna he koyi nahi sikha he ao sabhi Dr ne? Physio therapy Dr bolte he therapy karao Kam hoga lekin fir ek hi dard firse. Aap log Dr hoke bhi iska solution nahi kar sakte aur patient life time marte he is dard se aur waha dusre department me Dr ko dekho kesw cancer jesi bimari ko bhi cure karte he lekin aao sab ne e sikha hi nahi iska ilaz. Zyada huya toh bolte he operation bas aur kuch nahi. Spinal cord ki sabhi Dr ekdam bekar he. E log is department me MD karke kya sikhe he kya pata. Ek bhi patient ko thik nahi kar sakte e log sirf RUclips me lecture
