@@BLIVEitDisc bulges are very weird. Most people have lots of them or at least protrusions the older they get. But that doesn't mean it's gonna cause pain. Pretty random honestly, but you definitely want to keep moving, because that's what your discs and all the connective tissue around it (your disc cannot just slip out like a burger patty btw), fascia, muscles and the vertebrae themselves need. Not saying you will be immune to a disc bulge but being strong and mobile greatly reduces the chance to experience a symptomatic (with pain and tingling) disc bulge. Move regularly and to the extremes of your ROM, do weird, uncommon and a lot of diverse movements. And even if you develop pain, support your body through the healing process (which will naturally resolve the pain in most cases in like 2 months or less) and don't be afraid of movement but take it slow at the start and gradually get back into it.
It is worse than giving birth. The back pain didn’t hurt as much as leg nerve pain. Excruciating for sure. Thought my thigh bones was trying to break in 2 places. Electric shock sensation up and down leg. Took me 3 months to stop limping

I had this happen to me The worst pain I've ever experienced. It lasted for 4 months before I ended up losing bladder function because L5 was bulging. Had emergency surgery(laminectomy) Relief was immediate I still have some back pain at times but nothing like the bulging disc.

I was cleared for light working out, I only do stretching and core strengthening exercises and I power walk on a treadmill for 15/20 minutes before I have to get off my feet. You’ll just be working through the pain, the pain never leaves 😢

I would be scared too😮 I'm newly diagnosed my doctor told me no working out, but thank God I'm still able to go to work everyday.
I was cleared for light working out, I only do stretching and core strengthening exercises and I power walk on a treadmill for 15/20 minutes before I have to get off my feet. You’ll just be working through the pain, the pain never leaves 😢

@@VIJAYzk I visited 5 the best clinics in my country in last 2 years. They didn’t help me. One of them suggested to do surgery, but I don’t want to. And the funniest moment here is all of them prescribed completely different diagnoses and treatments for my problem. Some of them says it is depression, some suggests surgery

Can "mild" bulging discs in lumbar cause extreme walking/ sitting issues? Stiffness/ Numbness?
