We can do reactions, but apparently Cinder doesn't proc (even though the reaction does). It's still weird, as we can get dendro/electro and geo/phec bonuses with quicken and crystallize (reactions that also deal no damage), so I guess it's a special case either with damage reactions that deal no damage, or just boss invincibility. Regarding Chasca Quickfire: An easier way to test that you're not releasing too early without going into an editing software and looking frame-by-frame would be having a full team of anemo/geo/dendro + 1 phec so it’s always the last bullet that’s a different element. Then you just have to look out for that color number. This works best at C0, since there’s only a 33% chance another bullet gets converted, but even at C1 it’ll be easier to see than just 6 anemo numbers.
To add on, to MINMAX quickfire tech, you can sacrifice your safety by cancelling the skill animation through charging the moment you enter flight ( You’ll be lower but an extra bullet😍 )
I feel like I have valid reasoning to commit heinous acts after consistently losing my 50/50's. Haven't won one since Wanderer's FIRST BANNER. It takes me an entire patch update to reach hard pity every single time, so I have to plan ahead for an entirely different character. (Sorry about the rant. Seeing someone else lose set me off.) 710 pulls is exactly how it felt trying to get Ororon I got early Lyney at 30-ish pity after Xilonen, then early Chasca at 5 pity, A LOT of Barbaras and Sucroses before I could get that guy at 60-something pulls
i already had higher pity so it only took a few wishes to get chasca, but i did singles to get ororon and i got three 4 stars in a row THAT WERE ALL SUCROSE. i was so mad 😭

I pulled both Chasca and Dehya this time, and luckily got both bows trying for Astral, and I wasn't going to get it at all but I had my first bout of good luck in ages and got it quick, otherwise I would have missed this banner cycle and been using Great Magic on her... not the worst case scenario, but it all worked. The Dehya con was unexpected, but welcome. I've been running around picking up a lot of old chests for the primos, using Chasca's mobility with Xilonen since I skipped Furina to wait for a re-run and confirmation of her being a good pull for my teams. Xilonen... works, but it is far from optimal. I think a C1 or a C2 Chasca would have a lot less trouble pumping damage out with two other elements, but it's pretty RNG with Xilonen, though the right team of off-field damage applicators with Xilonen's strong support CAN level things out a bit.
honestly, if you buy welkin you can probably get both... just keep in mind mavuika won't be chasca's best support; I have chasca and she is great, and I will be pulling for pyro archon too
Isn't her best team rn composted of those three elements? I use Shenhe (soon to be Citlali), Furina, and Bennett. Quick note on Citlali: She kinda needs to burst every skill use to maintain her night-soul state and off-field dmg for maximum uptime. ER is kinda necessary. She's primarily an EM scaling shielder that shreds pyro and hydro res when an melt or freeze reaction occur. Her burst animation is VERY short so rotations and field time will be quick and short.
i really hope in the future soon hoyo starts to bless us with supports to compliment these new dps characters like chasca, or at the very least sub-dps esque characters like yelan, emilie, or xiangling to give more flexibility in teams as we have it now in the case of supports every team in the game wants a furina bennett core, we need options besides just these 2 supports.
I'm running xiangling with her currently and ororon but idk what to do for the 3rd slot. I need a decent hydro or cryo. I have an unleveled mona, c1 qiqi, the water boy with a sword, and his burst doesn't work with chascas flying somehow, i guess because the effects overlap. And i'm thinking mona might be my best. I don't have furina.
I'm trying sucrose even though she isn't pech since i got chasca at c2. If i can build her then everyone gets em and element buffs on top of cinder city. Buffs everywhere.
@@The1Real1Cheese you could use a cryo unit in that slot as well, i was messing around with rosaria, chongyun, and layla in different comps individually not in a single team with chasca worked pretty well with bennett too, she doesn't really have many great options as far as supports go though so i get you, and don't worry about the replies its all good man i just wish i could give better advice, mona is good if her burst is leveled lasts 8 seconds so its not terrible compared to furinas.
I started with 5.2 on xbox and got so lucky to get c1 chasca with her weapon in about 200 pulls f2p. Now im undecided on if i should grind for neuvilette or wait for mauvika/citlali
I just wanted to pull 1 Ororon; it took 60 wishes for one of him and I accidentally pulled Chasca while doing so. Never intended to pull her, but since I have her I built her up a little bit. She's in my Mining Crew with Jhongli and friends now.

How do you (or anyone else) feel about switching Ororon out for Shenhe? I’ve been using her for her 15% charged damage buff from her passive because my ororon pulls were awful (after like 120). I have her on gladiator and shimenawa’s resistance. Idk if that 15% from her passive is the best alternative trade off for whatever ororon can do though.

She is honestly really good from a DPS standpoint and exploration standpoint but against AOE content she is trash....But then again later stages of the abyss are single target anyways.👍👍
yeah chasca was an "ez skip" for me but I ended up using my savings and got her c2 r1 my verdict? stick to c0 UNLESS you really plan to use her for exploration in the long run (even outside of natlan) or you're desperate for more AOE damage. more team flexibility is nice but I don't think it's even necessary

As a mobile player, I have to say kinich is one of my favorite dps’s to play. I also enjoy all of the charge attacks characters and yoimiya and Hu Tao. So it may just be me but I have no issues with them and they all are fun
I want to do Chasca C1 with Bennet, Mavuika and Furina or Citlali, with two pyro I take away the ATK% and put PYRO% on Chasca, with the intention of making her pyro shots cause more damage 🔥
The problem with Thoma is that his shield doesn't do co-ordinated attacks with CAs, it only does it with NAs, so while it will get the 15%, the shield doesn't last as long as it would with an NA attacker like Clorinde.

instead of ororon u can use fischl (i personally use her bc of oz even though she’s not a support for natlan) and i believe barbara for furina works.

you can use Charlotte if u like WITH furina and Bennett for the occasional melt but replacing Bennett is a bad idea dmg wise.

Exploration is slightly nicer, but her damage increase is not that good. C2 is her best constellation if you don't plan to go for C6 of course.
