Honestly Diana I’ve seen all your videos of every house tour but , this one somehow checks all the boxes.Mad respect to the builder and architects who designed and built this home. It’s New it’s old it’s city it’s country. It has EVERYTHING. It’s the perfect size for the money. It has the perfect layout. WOW WOW WOW is all I can say. I’m lost for words. There is only one builder in Ottawa where I am that can pull this off. (RND CONSTRUCTION with Partners HOBIN ARCHITECTURE No I’m not an advocate for them. I’ve seen their work that’s all.
Really well thought out. As an example the bar downstairs with a dishwasher and the wine cellar at the end of the bar. Would have preferred the washer dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms. But this is a beautiful home

Beautiful house and great tour! Not big on the glass railings and I'd swap the pool for a home theater otherwise very, very nice!
