What would happen if you didnt disconnect battery during replacement and the laptop turns on. Just accidentally happened to me and now screen wont turn on after replacement
If I disconnect the screen can I just connect the keyboard to a Tv with an hdmi adapter and use it that way? I’m not really interested in fixing/replacing the screen right now!
does the 2018 fit the 2019? they look exactly the same and apple even lists a1932 as 2018-2019. im asking because my client needs rose gold replacement and i cant seem to find the 2019 so is it the same as 2018?
How hard was it for you to remove the 6 larger silver hinge screws? I cannot get them out. They seem very tight compared to any other Apple screw. Thanks

Should be fine, attempt a hard restart and it should fix it. I don’t know why phones and laptops tend to do this.

@@lapfix I think the main thing is to turn off autofocus on the camera and manually dial it in since you are shooting stationary angles

It is possible but adding the time and the risk, it is better to get a complete screen.
