    Paneer Butter Masala
    Ingredients:-
    Paneer - 200g
    Butter- 2 tb spn
    Tomatoes- 400g
    Onion - 1
    Cashew nuts- 8-9 pcs
    Green chilli - 1
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Garlic - 4 cloves
    Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
    Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Cumin - 1/4 tsp
    Curd - 2 tb spn
    Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
    Tomato Ketchup- 1 tb spn
    Kasuri Methi - 1/4 tsp
    Cream - 2 tb spn
    Method:-
    In a pressure cooker add oil, ginger, garlic, onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, green chilli, turmeric, chilli powder, water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles on medium flame.
    Let it cool and grind into a fine paste.
    In a pan add butter, cumin and sauté it. In curd add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and whisk it well. Add this curd mixture in butter and sauté it. Now strain the tomato purée into the pan, add water and bring it to a boil.
    Add Kasuri methi, tomato ketchup, salt and adjust the seasoning.
    Add fresh cream into the gravy and mix it well.
    In the last add paneer cubes and simmer for 1 minute .
    Serve it with Garlic Naan and fresh Salad.
