Tracer herself is a simple character and not difficult. The hard part about her is learning how to properly position yourself so that you don’t get wiped out with your tiny 150 health bar. The most difficult part about her kit for many people is her ultimate since Pulse Bomb is pretty tough to land consistently.
Coming from 5 years of quake and competitive tf2 (not the in-game one) spamming jump and slamming the a and d keys is very predictable once you start to go up in the ranks, you want to be confusing as possible, jump really only when needed to

She’s definitely hard 😆😭 you have to MASTER positioning, tracking and blinks to even be impactful, let alone great as Tracer. Otherwise you’re either feeding or leaving your teammates in a 4v5

I’d say her hardest aspect is adaptability, as a tracer you have to play every game differently depending on numerous factors, it’s impossible to teach that, you can only learn it

In high level play, majority of the pulse combos aren't Blink - Pulse, it's usually Pulse - Blink (however you have to have mastered her blink distance/range to be consistent) so the animation is quicker. Just minor shit like that will help people climb on their preferred hero(s).
Yeah, that's true. You should try to start the pulse animation, Blink in, and touch the one you want to pulse. You'll never miss.

i love the diversity of OW characters,tracer so complicated nad high apm,sombra has stealth teleport,hack,can hack health packs,echo has a projectile,a beam,sticky bombs,gliding,flying,genji has rmb melle cancel,deflect,dash cancel,double jump wall climb crazy ult,junkrat can jump around the map and boop people and do a kill combo just using his shift,Mcree has a gun
This title caught my eyes because of how its worded. You take the time to properly learn how to play a character to prove she's not bad. Obviously if you spend enough time on a character they will eventually feel good and play good. Anyone, with enough time, can make any character good

I’m amazing at her movement now, but my aim needs work. I love tracer because of her high skill floor and WAY higher skill ceiling; she’s one of the only characters who has 0 counters (besides a decent torb)

@@lordmoncef5494acting like you get recall every 3 seconds also the amount of ammo she has on a 1 clip is also a reason on why she is hard bcs you need insane tracking and she has 150hp so u can get 1 shoted by most things in the game also not including the damage fallout, pulse bomb, thinking about where will you be after using a recall, dodging enemy abilities and a lot morei

I find sombras kit to be more intimidating and she seems a lot more technical than tracer to me but I’ve never used sombra so idk

Sombra just has a "nope" button every time she is about to lose a fight,
Sure tracer has recall, but it isn't guaranteed to save you every time.
Sombra can easily get into the back line undetected with invisibility whereas tracer can easily be heard or seen.

@@gladman9634 yeah, because they nerf the hell out of her lol, she was so broken before. However, that has nothing to do with being hard, but more so she's being limited by low skill ceiling (aka low potential)
Tracer has a high skill ceiling but many people struggle with her below top500 and only shine in the top rank, that usually tell you more about a hero's difficulty.

She's not a hard hero to learn, her kit is quite simple to get into
She is however a hard hero to master

The concept for the characters play style is easy to pick up. but raising your efficiency is hard asf. thats not a hard concept to grasp but for some reason its not logical to you? all you did was repeat what he said in an attempt to be right about something you dont even disagree with him you just wanted something to say. replace "understand" with learn and replace "learn" with master and yall are literally saying the exact same thing... but you knew that...

As a Tracer main I gotta say she ain’t that hard to play. Just channel pure annoyance and you’re good to go!!
But some legitimate tips for being Tracer is try to flank the enemy team, come from where they won’t notice.
It's funny because what actually helps me play better on Tracer is to just focus on being annoying. Not even joking, my mindset is just be as annoying as possible and I always get value that way

I’ve been playing ow for about 4 days now and I decided to main tracer, I some how got put into plat 3 after my competitive play and soon daimond 4. In 4 days of playing this game I have Aquired skill as a daimond tracer main in just 4 days, I never knew this game would be so easy.

I'm a Genji main and I play Hotline Miami(8-bit 1 hit game) so I picked up Tracer easily.But gotta admit,I get lost after dashing still.
Hardest part about tracer is hitting those pulse bomb. My tracer is pretty decent by itself but the pulse bomb is hands down the hard DPS skill to learn.
Pulse is something you have to get a feel for. The more you throw it the better you get
Tracer mainer here! Toxicity is a part of playing her, couse every idiot will blame you for there mistakes.

I was a Genji main who, for some reason kept avoiding Tracer all this time cause, I guess I was just comfortable with the Cyber Ninja.
I thought playing Tracer was gonna take 5 heads and a constant stream of caffeine in my veins... HAHA
I absolutely LOVE her now, I got more kills with in an hour SOLO than I ever could with Genji... I don't know if it's just me, but not only is she Easy to play but incredibly MORE fun too imo
