I'm not sure what kind of ''eurobeat'' you mean but the end result sounds like UK Hardcore.Here in Europe there are dozens if not hundreds of genres of electronic music so the word ''eurobeat'' means nothing to us.
it's just the name of the genre
It sounds more japanese than uk because of the chord progression
