Bonnie 2 (Charlie)

Hello and welcome to this kids bedtime story Bonnie 2 (Charlie). This video has been designed to help children who find it difficult to go to sleep or who wake up in the night and struggle to go back to sleep. Through the use of story telling, gentle relaxation suggestions and calming background music my aim is to help your child move into a comfortable, easy and relaxing sleep without any effort.
In this story Bonnie’s brother Charlie is struggling to sleep and she helps him as they retrace her journey to the Deep Sleep Fairy’s magical house. Along the way she visits with all her good friends, The Night Night Rabbit and the Wise Old Owl who have some tips and ideas for helping Charlie sleep.
Many children fall asleep before the end. The story has been designed to do this so let your child know that its ok if they do fall asleep before the end because they can always listen to a new part of the story the next night. Use as often as is necessary.
