KidsHypnosis - Lilly The Teddy, is a bedtime story which focuses on helping kids to build confidence and hope. It can help with any child who is struggling with separation anxiety, fear and worry as a result of either divorce, separation, custody battles, changes in living arrangement and any kind of change which leaves the child confused or anxious. Its can be used during the day or as a bedtime story to help your child sleep. It can also be used just to build confidence and feeling of self worth.
Lilly is a very special Teddy, in fact only one of her was ever made. Unaware of how special and valuable she is she finds herself in a sad and difficult situation she does not understand. Using gentle hypnotic suggestions, embedded metaphor and calming music this story follows Lilly’s journey all the way to a special place where she feels calm, relaxed, confident and happy again.
Many children fall asleep before the end. The story has been designed to do this so let your child know that this is ok and they can always listen to again another time. Use as often as is necessary.
Parents and carers please make sure that you are not playing this session whilst driving as it may make you feel drowsy and sleepy.
