LB NOW: 2024 Long Beach Motorsports Walk of Fame Ceremony

The City of Long Beach and the Long Beach Grand Prix Association celebrated the 18th Long Beach Motorsports Walk of Fame Ceremony. This annual tradition kicks off the Grand Prix weekend and inducts two racers who have made contributions in the motorsports community.
This year, Long Beach welcomed the first female, Katherine Legge and two-time Indianapolis 500 winner, Takuma Sato. Both honorees were presented with a bronze medallion that will be permanently placed on the sidewalk in front of the Long Beach Convention Center on South Pine Avenue.
