      @B Dog Most cops I see generally go a little over the posted speed limit (I'm talking like 60 in a 55 which...most everyone does that anyway). But never have I seen a cop going 30+ miles over the limit unless they had their lights on and were heading to a call.

    • @doggo9388

      @@BDog317How many unique cops do you actually see speeding? If you drive the same areas you’re likely seeing the same cops who have that route so if one speeds you’re likely to see that one more often. It’s not necessarily indicative of the behavior of most cops. I’ve definitely seen police who speed and tailgate and that behavior really is abhorrent, but I’ve seen far more drive at the speed limit exactly, even if it’s on a street where most people speed, often times slowing down traffic. I’m not saying that’s a valid representation of the whole either, but that there’s simply not statistics out there to show if it’s a large number or small and you’re much more likely to remember a cop who breaks the law than you are the various law-abiding cop cars you drive past.

      As I passed by on my hourly patrol I said to them, "Try not to spit everywhere." The next hour and as I came around again they were still there, smoking. Now, for clarity, the front of the city hall/library is paved with cement tiles about 1 square foot in size. They poured all of their spit on one tile, I mean it was totally covered.

      Facts! They are good examples of how pranks should be. It's a shame that there are a lot of bad ones than good ones. For example, that guy in the UK who goes by Mizzy, was invading homes, stole a dog, and even hijacked a train and called those "pranks" as he described them. He's an example of how pranks shouldn't be and he was technically breaking the law doing that.

    • @anachronity9002
      @anachronity9002 11 месяцев назад

      The problem isn't that there are bad cops. The problem is that there is not enough police oversight, and there are not enough protections for citizens _against_ bad cops. The fact that they can actually just murder you, maim you, or ruin your life by planting evidence in absence of a video recording is not conducive to public trust.
      It'd be like if murder was legal, and everyone was opposed to making it illegal because they were too busy praising all the people out there who don't murder others on principle. I'm glad the good cops exist. But that is tangential to the actual issue.
