you dont have to wake up for suhoor but you need to wake up for fajr but it is recommended and sunnah to wake up for suhoor

@@raiseyourdeen years I did for we eat one time in a day only and no meat, and I even fasted not eating for three to four days without eating anything only drinking water. But people who have some kind of medical problem they only don't eat meat.

@@eugeneman1845 I am Middle Eastern and I don't have to see a video for I grow up with Muslims and I have seen how they fast, and Ramadan is the time of year lots of Muslims end up in emergency room from over eating.
