CONGRATULATIONS. Your a man livin my dreams. Great machine
Thank you Bruce! The whole point of this helicopter was to make personal VTOL possible for the average person. The Mirocopter is the lowest cost production helicopter in the world and it is a true ultralight. So you don't have to get a pilot's license. Instead, you spend part of that money on training. I did not know how to fly helicopters before I purchased this one. If you really want it you can do it!
@@coaxman did you build it from kit?
What is your altitude?
Curious how it would perform at 7,000ft ?
What is the flight time?
Thanks!
@@bruceyoung1343 These are manufactured in Slovenia. I am a distributor for them here in the states. They are assembled, test-flown, and then shipped to you in one crate. There is some re-assembly required but it takes less than a day and then it is ready to fly!
@@robertheywood141 I am flying at 2000' but it can fly much higher. It will hover a 270 lb pilot out-of-ground effect (OGE) at 5500' and hover that same pilot at 6500' in ground effect (IGE). But if you weigh 170 lbs you can hover OGE at 7500'. Once you start flying forward you can get much higher. It will cruise at 50 mph for 1 hour on its 5 gallon fuel tank.
Looks cool, looks like a lot of fun, looks scary. I sure hope it is a lot safer than it looks!
Looks safe enough tbh
@@TheJackDavids Looks like a human chopper from Ronco.
How does it do in autorotation?
2 blade mang 😳
what elevation are you flying at?
2000 ft
