These vlogs are convincing me that I must go to Disneyland at least once in my lifetime. Even if I have to go alone! It's an amazing place with so much to see and do! I think WDW needs to more bands. I loved The Paint the Night parade and fireworks. You didn't way if it was worth purchasing the package. With all those people it looked like it was to me. You had a great view. I thought it was so nice to have cookies and milk waiting for you when you got back to your room. It's the little things Disney does to make your stay so magical. Thanks again for sharing your trip. I know it was a lot of work filming and editing but it's very much appreciated!
Tinkerbell has been flying off the Matterhorn since 1959! For the 50th, they debuted Remember... Dreams Come True! and Tink's new flight technology. She can now move back and forth, rise, dip, and swoop. She can now appear twice in one show. She's even more visible as she is lit with UV light. For 2009, we got a new show for summer called Magical, which also featured a flying Dumbo. For the Halloween parties, they created Halloween Screams (it's Hallo-Wishes with a few remixed parts) with a moon on the castle that becomes Jack Skellington and a flying Zero. The current Disneyland Forever show also features Nemo.
Oh my god!! I have searched EVERYWHERE for someone to show those heads from the Country Bears on Winnie the Pooh, I've only seen pictures of them, but finally, someone caught it on video! Thank you sooooo much, Tim!
I didn't know that the heads were in Pooh's ride! Thanks for showing that! Paint the Night is an amazing parade! Kind of being selfish here, but would love for them to bring it to Disney World!
This information is EXACTLY what I have been needing to plan whether or not our family takes the $ plunge to do the Paint the Night/Blue Bayou package! I thank you ENORMOUSLY for posting this! Terrific post!!!!!!
I'm legit crying! My family is to poor to go anywhere so looking at this video really makes me happy :) And I hope one day my dreams come true! Thanks for the vid Tim :D
Awesome how Disney uses the entire Main Street and incorporates it into the fireworks show. I'll never understand how they make the fireworks explode into a Heart or Circle. Amazing. The fireworks displays in both parks have become immense. I can understand why the price of tickets keep going up. That must be expensive. Another delightful Vlog. Thanks again. And thanks to Adam as well.
+D. “Red Robin” Phillips Disney did a wonderful job with the fireworks so that depending on where you stand in the park, you have a unique immersive experience e.g. if you stand with a clear view of the Matterhorn, they project some beautiful imagery on the side of the mountain and at one point (SPOILER ALERT).............it explodes form the top like a volcano, complete with light, smoke and projected lava! Wonderful vlog as always! Thanks again :-)
I want to see the Paint the Night parade so bad! Its kicks WDWs night parades butt its not fair lol. So much cool stuff at Disneyland that I wish WDW would do but Disney World has its perks too I guess :)
+soranjaxx i think the reason why we dont have that stuff is because we have 3 more parks then them which means more shows in general rather then spending tons of money on just 2 or 3 shows
What an awesome evening! We really want to get to Disneyland, the Paint the Night Parade is incredible and that view from your room is just WOW! Can't wait to watch more. Lots of love from Australia, Siobhan and Danny xx
Wow. That Blue Byu(don't know how to spell it) restaurant looks so beautiful. It's so ascetically pleasing to me to have dark restaurants by water like that. I love when they have rides going through it. It's just like the restaurant in the Mexican Pavilion in EPCOT. I wonder which came first. They like got the idea from whichever they built first.
PAINT THE NIGHT is such an AMAZING parade! But the Fireworks were cancelled during Spring Break when I went just recently because it was so windy! Luckily I was able to see it atleast once last November tho!
We are going to Disneyland for the first time in April, WDW annual pass holders, hope it gives us the same vibe! Great look into the parks with the videos.
Those fireworks were absolutely Fabulous. Great footage as always. Your dinning experience look like an excellent fun time. Have a great WEEK. TIM n JENN
Something you guys should do on a trip is hit Ball Rd behind the park at night. I've driven that way in a car and you can feel the fireworks exploding! They do set off car alarms! Staying off property, you can see the fireworks from a lot of those hotels and motels in the area. On our 1988 trip, we stayed at the Best Western Station Inn, sat on the empty lot at Ball and I-5 until the freeway was widened. I remember the ash from the fireworks falling on us!
for anyone who is trying to look for the "Paint the Night parade" song because its so catchy! the song is called "When can I see you again?" by Owl City. You're welcome :)
Tim and Jen your Disneyland videos have inspired me to go there eventually. I've always just been to WDW (going again in a week) but someday I'll go to see the Disneyland resort now.
+mk80 It is a wonderful place. Had the chance to go there years ago and really enjoyed it after not being to Disney World once since I was really young. It has a lot of stuff that Disney World does not, and after being to Disney World again 2 years ago, I remember things that I missed from Disneyland. Disneyland Pirates of the Caribbean is better and they have more dark rides. Plus the World of Color I saw at Disneyland had to be the most beautiful thing I had ever witnessed. Going to WDW for the Christmas season this yeare and hope to enjoy the Rivers of Light at Animal Kingdom just as much!
I live in Texas and I went to Disney land for my 20th birthday back in 2014. I also went to Blue Bayou and it was awesome. I got the same Mickey dessert too!
You should get around to watching Daredevil, especially since season 2 (which surpasses s1 in my opinion) just dropped! I'd love to hear your thoughts on it, it's such a good show! Keep up the good vlogs, these Disneyland trip ones are very entertaining! :)
Ducks ducks ducks!! And Happy Late Birthday Tim! I love your guys' vlogs and videos. Hope to maybe see you at Disney World in July when I take my girlfriend for her 20th! I wanna meet you two I'm a huge fan. And I'm so jealous of your mustache Tim lol I wish I could grow a mustache like that!
LED is truly a revolution in light parades. I mean I remember seeing them before the LED technology exploded and it still looked good but you can do insane things now.
Hi Guys, I LOVE your videos! Am coming out to Florida to Universal and Disneyland for my Birthday! Am writing down all your tips & hidden easter eggs. You've probably been asked this before, but what camera do you film with? Would love to get as good a quality as your vlogs.x
Planning a Trip to DL. How much time do I need? Thinking 3 days should be enough. Ill be there for 4 nights but not arriving till late at night so Travel day is wasted. 3 Full days in the Parks. What do you all think? Is it enough time?
Tim! The real "Mr. Sanders" was the prior resident of the house where Pooh now lives. Therefore, when A. A. Milne writes in his book that Pooh lived under the name of Sanders, the book clarifies this witty statement by stating: "It means he had the name (Sanders) over the door in gold letters and Pooh lived under it."
Hey Tim and Jenn, was it worth getting the paint the night parade package? we are going to Disneyland in June and wanting to have dinner at the blue bayou! my partner and I love your videos, we have brought a camera to film our trip why we are over in America we are from Australia :) x

The milk and cookies were probably sent from a cast member at the hotel, we like to do that when we have a cool interaction with a guest :)
Maybe the Piano Player from the Grand?

Looks like Tink is flying by herself!!!! AWESOME!!!! That parade is ....There just are no words to describe it!!!!! WOW!!

I love how everyone reacted when "Circle of Life" started playing. Even while watching the video I let out an excited shriek. XD
Everyone singing along to Let it Go during the fireworks almost made me cry! How magical! One day I'll get to a Disney park!
I didn't know that the heads were in Pooh's ride! Thanks for showing that! Paint the Night is an amazing parade! Kind of being selfish here, but would love for them to bring it to Disney World!
That Disney magic got a double sprinkle in this one Tim.Loved it.
This information is EXACTLY what I have been needing to plan whether or not our family takes the $ plunge to do the Paint the Night/Blue Bayou package! I thank you ENORMOUSLY for posting this! Terrific post!!!!!!
Do you guys ever tear up during the fireworks? They make me cry and I've never been to either parks!
I'm legit crying! My family is to poor to go anywhere so looking at this video really makes me happy :) And I hope one day my dreams come true! Thanks for the vid Tim :D
The size of the castle doesn't really matter, it's how you use the castle
Their nighttime shows are really beautiful. They're all so colorful!
Those deserts look absolutely mouthwatering. Is that a giant bar of chocolate cake? Yum.
That's me and Dan at the end!! It was so great to meet you guys. Hopefully we'll cross paths again sometime :)

That is a really awesome menu. More reading material should be like that. That way, I could read in the dark!

My jaw dropped when I saw the busts from Country Bear..... I didn't know they where there! I'll have to try to film them next time I go....

+Ej Smith Not sure if it would be the same but yeah maybe.
That's so crazy! You & Jenn sat at the same table in the Blue Bayou that my Dad proposed to my Mom! So cool! :D
You should get around to watching Daredevil, especially since season 2 (which surpasses s1 in my opinion) just dropped! I'd love to hear your thoughts on it, it's such a good show! Keep up the good vlogs, these Disneyland trip ones are very entertaining! :)

Love the Mickey Mouse Sprinkles on the chocolate cake!!!
