These do sound better live, but from a music theory point of view, the new songs are very simple. So far, i havent heared any cool bridges, breaks or hooks: not even solo's. They are much more traditional in their composition. And although these new ones are also fucking fantastic, i think what bothers the haters is exacly what i just said, they just can't seem to put it into words. I love change in music, i just hope they get ALOT more progressive, like i'm used to from them, as it is one of the major aspects that drew me to their music.

Yes I have. It's a good one, and it's pretty emotional too. 'Hit the Wave' is one that impressed me a lot as well.
Absolutely. Yes Becca is an incredible, talented frontwoman. I've only known them for a few days but I'm already keen to see them live and hopefully meet them too. 'Is It Horrible?' is probably my favourite song overall by them.
I think i discovered them approx. the same time as you did, i heard this song on a random Spotify playlist for Rock and i f*cking fell in love with everything about it. the instruments, tune and her voice. they have now been added my list of bands to see preform live.

@@detachedceiling No, it is. They formed in 2007. It's now 2021. That is plenty of time for 4 years to pass between someone first discovering them and now rediscovering them.
I found them at ~15-16 was lucky enough to meet Becca josh and sam :)))
I feel that I kept mixing them up the Mezingers and it made me so mad. Luckily spotify is always here to help.

Just happened to be passing the stage when they were playing this song at download and i was instantly hooked. One of the best live performances ive ever seen.
