I saw a longer version of this and from what it looked like, no attempt was made by any adult there. They all stood there staring at the child. Im not sure if it was the parents but it probably was.

Yea I saw it too im pretty sure it was the parents but even if it wasn't if I was one of those adults I'd be ashamed and embarrassed that I made no attempt to save a child but sat there and watched.

Wait a minute this was a pond a little pond? And the parents didn’t try to save the baby first of what is this toddler doing out like that and the parents look like they’re wearing their sleeping clothes I mean the frozen pond right there and all I see is a T-shirt and legs, and then they didn’t even try measly little pond? Oh my God call CPS look at that little toddler. All being dragged down in those clothes. We can hear them crying and the parents are standing there off to the side not even trying.
