    Very nice yoga mobility and stretch! I like how all the stretches are done in a "moving" format making this not only a yoga practice but a mobility practice as well! I loved it Amy! I feel terrific! Namaste 🙏

    I did this yoga exercise & you know what, I needed it! after a long day I was hoping to have a chilled one. Although I would have ploughed through a circuit or hiit workout I think I needed to be kind to my body and take it easy. That’s exactly what this exercise did for me. Loved it

    I love how gentle this is while using muscles we don't normally use. I'm 66 post 2 hip replacements, retired from sedentary job and this looks like something I may actually be able to do to get back into an exercise routine

    Feeling some serious DOMs after my workout yesterday. Decided to do this video. I’m not a big fan of yoga but I really got a lot out of this workout. I feel nicely stretched and am feeling very calm and relaxed. Great workout. Thanks Amy. 😁💪🏻

    This was brilliant; I follow the Active Recovery video you made recently pretty frequently, this has a different twist with the yoga inspiration but I love it just as much. It will feature regularly in my daily workout schedule. Thank you so much Amy for all that you do!
