Ulcerate really have their own genre that they inspired. Starting out they took inspiration from Gorguts and Immolation I’d say but really have their own sound which is rare in metal. I’d say they’re dissonant death metal is an easy title but they’re also too melodic to be just “dissonant”. I’d say post-death metal works well, a take on post-metal that is a more atmospheric and shoegazeyish kind of metal.

It was an analysis, and a video where I EXPLICITLY say that i use their video to break down their technique into an easy to understand form. You clicked on a video of a random guy talking about a drummer, then complained about the guy in the video talking. If you want to watch the drummer play, GO WATCH THE ORIGINAL FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Try using that Room Temperature IQ For something better, like thinking about Breathing Air.
Jaime is one of the absolute top drummers in metal. And Ulcerate is in a league of their own. Their latest is phenomenal!
