POLICE try to insight a disturbance of the Peace! - POLICE caused a massive police response for a lawful civil matter. Laura Nina is available on this link; / lauranina74 as highlighted in this video by Billy, the man who was unlawfully arrested by Derbyshire police a few days earlier, which appeared to help a thief attempt to steal Billy's home...
A few reasonable questions and statements are listed below as follows;
Derbyshire police appear to have acted outside their jurisdiction when they arrested a man for what appears to be a malicious arrest in order to help a civil enforcement operative to take his hime from him. The police appear to have colluded with the alleged bailiff in order to help the alleged bailiff take away this mans home.
Have Derbyshire police acted outside their jurisdiction regarding this civil matter?
Why do Derbyshire police think it's ok to just steam roll in to a mans home when all they needed to do was be polite, and ask a few questions or even go as far as to explain to the people, why the police have come to this property?
Why did the police officer not do a Dynamic Risk Assessment before venturing on to the private property?
Derbyshire police clearly state in this video that they had some concerns about the safety of the security operative. If this was true, then why did it take over half an hour for Derbyshire police to respond to that cause for alleged concern?
Did somebody intentionally mislead Derbyshire police with information that did not require a police response?
Waisting police time is a criminal offence according to the laws the police often find they are breaking themselves, instead of upholding the laws they claim they are there to uphold!
Many questions can be raised from this video alone, but many questions that Derbyshire police will intentionally fail to address accordingly!
Will Derbyshire police carry on allowing their police officers, to get involved with civil matters?

PC L Gunn 2588 (male) and PC 15200 (female) accompanying him, of Derbyshire Police, intentionally used unreasonable physical force to push their way through the crowd of people so that it would give them the perfect excuse and reason to call in for backup officers.
Literally 30 seconds later after the incident PC Gunn got straight on his radio and the first backup unit arrived on scene very quickly, almost like the patrol vehicle was parked up just around the next corner.
PC Gunn and PC 15200 went charging into that civil matter and situation without first assertaining the full facts first and speaking to the home owner, including the other residents who were also living on that street.
The only sensible thing the Derbyshire police officers did on that day was finally back off and then leave after a period of time; until the inspector showed up to evaluate the aftermath of what had previously transpired, have a chat with the residents and ensure that the street was peaceful and safe from any further potential incidents that might of occurred.
There was a black car that was also in the area that pulled up at the same time as the first police car. Its seen pulling in to top right of video. Those were the two officers who approached while one of them was the one wearing Tazer with glasses. Later on, they are seen in front of the video camera reversing back out of the road. Derbyshire police appear to have premeditated their response! Well done to everybody who remained peaceful 👍
@@BANAMAN I agree, certainly appears that Derbyshire Police had premeditated the response like you said, 2 backup units arriving almost instantly once the call for additional officers was made, one of them being armed response (taser).
It was good to see that everybody, by that I mean the local residents and other members of the public remained peaceful throughout, that's how "We The People" should behave, which the same can't be said for Derbyshire Police who intentionally tried to escalate things on the day in the hopes of making arrests.

You could tell with his attitude that he thinks his uniform allows him to do whatever he likes.

You just got to love the UK police. 20 coppers turned up for that incident and literally only seconds after he called for back-up. The impression i got of the inspector is that he was fishing to see if the residents of the street are happy or not to use an excuse of public order in order to push the theft through legally. Be aware guys that they will come back when nobody is there to support the home owner.
I find it very strange that as soon as the police turn up, the peace immediately gets breached!

Even the last guy, the "inspekta", was cop splaining. Said he had come down to make sure everything was peaceful.
Then we see 2 more cops backing them up and having a little private discussion in the background.
The point about weapons was totally lost on him as he focussed on carrying a taser.
More emphasis should have been made about at least 2 carrying arms.
Before the rabble leaves we see a number of plain clothed cops at the end of the street that were not challenged about their identification and the weapons they were carrying.
And they were all there for that job on the house. So many piggies.
The first guy was a nutter and needs to be terminated. A fool thinking he can barge his way through.
The situation was well handled by the citizens. The cops could easily have escalated the whole scene.
It was good that a number of cops were told what first piggy did, to understand why people were angry.

A PC bond attacked me in 2020, with his gangsters trying to charge me for things I never did, with no evidence of any claim, almost killed me on the road, stripped me naked, because I would not answer questions, broke into my house with no warrant for anything, all cause I’m from Africa. We had the same problem, in 2OO4, with The Building Society, "Woolwich" they defraudedy husband and I, and Lied in Court (Similar to the Post Office Behaviour ) To get our property off us. It was hell, it was Christmas and I had just came out of Hospital. We couldn't get any help. We were helped by a Labour party assistance in Gt. Yarmouth. The judge was on the Woolwich Building Society Side. I hope he rots in Hell. We sold up and they didn't get a penny. ( David and Goliath ) Thors Filthy Liers.

Seems to me that the recruiting of police leaves a lot to be desired. The friendly Bobby on the beat no longer exists. Whatever the profiling is, they would be well served to learn certain apects of the law better, be more humble, show more empathy and remember that they are there to serve the public
I seem too remember two illegals being released from the back of police vans in Glasgow when they were surrounded and enough fuss was made. They blocked the whole road around the vans. Getting the whole neighbourhood out en masse might be a tactic you could use as a last resort.
