Nick is a cool dude. I used to workout with him and he only does very low doses of Deca and test. I don’t judge him because he needs to for his RUclips career and he still trains really hard.
my bulking diet is a fuck ton of spaghetti with a pound of beef or ground turkey. A POUND OF MEAT A DAY and pizza and ramen with a ton of chicken and ice cream and I look like Brock Lesnar.
Hey, what part of LA are you going to be at. if time permits, you should swing by the Metroflex.. . We can introduce you to CT Fletcher and the guys. 😊
I'm an extremely picky eater. Makes my diet bland cause I'm eating the same thing over and over again, and I just can't find anything else that I enjoy to add to it. (Basically I just have about 6 eggs, 2 chicken breasts, and some cereal-protein-yogurt-banana mix, an apple, a oats n honey bar, blueberry protein shake (1 cup of blueberries,1 cup vanilla whey protein powder, and 1 cup vanilla yogurt), and a dark chocolate bar) Getting kinda obland after eating it for so long. I'm not a great cook (nor do I have the equipment) so alot of the things that look good, I can't make. A list of some of the main foods that will make me throw up. (I don't like a lot of other foods but I can bare them if required to) Seafood Potatoes Rice Anything else that I can't make with a bowl/pan and a microwave/toaster/oven. I don't have a car so I cannot go out and get spices and sauces. If I asked my father for a lot of the stuff required in recipes he'd have no idea what it is and just get me pepper or some random pasta sauce. Thanks.
I'm curious why you always go for some sort of white rice, like Jasmine for instance, rather than whole grain brown rice? Is it just a flavor preference?
Oh snap! My boy on the juice hard now. Get at it Nick.. brother don't say your not , be honest .. no one gives a shit, kinda obvious. you look huge homie!
I really don't understand all these comments claiming he's juicing, you literally see how much work he puts into his workouts in all his videos and it's not like he's INSANELY huge, he's a big dude and looks great but it's nothing that can't be achieved with hard work and dedication ... some people have nothing better to do with their lives than hate on people they're jealous of damn
Damn why's every body hating on Nick he's one of my favorite you tubers I liiebthis channel and keep up the good work bro natty or not it still tAkes alot of work to achieve the physique he has
MR. Bare with your background in nutrition what do you think of the film "what the health". You think of the information to be valid or beneficial, while also trying to bulk? Thinking about being vegan
All the haters stfu. He's natural and he's a genuine human being. Keep up the good work and don't let the negativity get to you. Since people do bodybuilding to make themselves the best version of themselves, I don't understand why all these other lifters in the comments have so much negativity and want to hate on Nick. He puts in more work than most other people and he does RUclips because he loves it and he wants to be able to help others on their lifting journey. I know this sounds cleshay, but treat others the way you want to be treated. If everyone did that then the world would be a better place.
Drew Marks he's talking about bulking to 240 pounds at 6 feet tall!!! If u think anyone could naturally reach that amount of muscle u are what's wrong with the fitness industry
He's just a naive sports-fan. But agreed, that is what is wrong with fitness and all sports industries. But spectators do not invest themselves into a sport to see mediocrity, they want to see super-human athletes accomplish the impossible, and PEDs are required to do so.
Sugar is a carbohydrate and therefore it should be tracked as one. There are three main macro nutrients; protein, carbs and fats. Sugar alone won't make you fat unless you ate enough of it in terms of caloric measurement to be a surplus for an extended amount of time. 1 gram of sugar contains 4 calories and you can work it out from there. In terms of health, you should limit sugar because excessive amounts can be bad for your health in the long run and therefore its recommended that complex carbs are used in substitution, but in the end, it's up to you what carbohydrate sources you want to consume to meet your daily goal.
jeremyNG25 so true because I'm a lean person but I'm pretty skinny I guess because I'm kinda smaller then most people but my calves are huge for my size... it all depends on genetics
If you want to gain muscle then yes, everyone should 'lean bulk' because bulking is only effective up to a certain limit of surplus. If you 'dirty bulk' the only thing you're going to achieve is an excess of fat that could have potentially been limited. You can only grow muscle at a constant rate and trial and error will allow you to find that sweet spot (which is around 300-500 over your maintenance calories). If you are still wanting to lose more weight then stay on your cut, like Nick mentioned you cannot do two consecutively, it only prohibits efficiency in the long run. The closest you can get to do both is a 'mini-cut' periodically where you plan out a few weeks during your bulk where you switch from gaining to losing aggressively for a short period of time and then continue towards your bulk.
Can't imagine how good that feels to have so many people claim you're using when you're not. I got a question for ya, why do you keep your fats so low? Guys like Brian Alsruhe eats tons of fat and the dude is like a natty shredded 240 albeit he's one of the strongest people in the world. Thanks
Hey Nick, have you heard Dorian Yates on the rogan podcast? Massive steroid use aside (which he admits) he has an interesting take on how long the training should be (40-50 mins) and how frequent (few times a week) with an interesting sandpaper analogy.
I can't even eat more than 30g of fat without feeling like I'm clogging up my arteries and I was astounded when I heard Nick say 80g of fat are his macros. 80 grams jesus!
cutting and bulking is for sallies (unless you're young and need to gain initial mass), its not good on your cardiovascular health or endurance. all these fitness "pros" get so bro science about it. just be a savage and lift heavy weights all the time. maintain a healthy and fit weight. in my opinion "cutting" and "bulking" should be done day by day instead of over long periods of time. for example if you know you're hitting a serious leg day and then some cardio after, eat some more calories than you normally would that day. if you're on an off day maybe just doing light cardio at some point don't stuff your face. simple. you don't need to "bulk" for 6 months to gain lean muscle mass. in fact, when you do "bulk" hard and then "cut" hard, you will actually lose a fair amount of muscle so whats the point.
Andreas Vlahakis when people go on a cut they cut down the body fat they’ve gained during the bulk. So that is the point of a bulk and cut. You bulk to gain on fair amount of muscle but with that you obtain body fat. So you then go on a cut to shed off the body fat you have put on. You don’t cut to the point where you start losing muscle.
Looking huge Nick, keep it up!
Nick bro, the editing is on point! The transition from 0:13 looks amazing!

my bulking diet is a fuck ton of spaghetti with a pound of beef or ground turkey. A POUND OF MEAT A DAY and pizza and ramen with a ton of chicken and ice cream and I look like Brock Lesnar.
Mass Gainer Protein is like the key if you have a fast metabolism. I went from 125 to 157. That and just throwing down the carbs.

Matt _Lifts He's a beast ! I don't care what's he dumping in his body. I wish I had 5 percent of his motivation.
Matt _Lifts --- haha wake up

uuuultra he's not that big and not super lean lol everyone one roids to u
I really don't understand all these comments claiming he's juicing, you literally see how much work he puts into his workouts in all his videos and it's not like he's INSANELY huge, he's a big dude and looks great but it's nothing that can't be achieved with hard work and dedication ... some people have nothing better to do with their lives than hate on people they're jealous of damn

I want to bulk but I can’t afford that financially, any suggestion on more budget friendly?
Damn why's every body hating on Nick he's one of my favorite you tubers I liiebthis channel and keep up the good work bro natty or not it still tAkes alot of work to achieve the physique he has
Brandon Godwin Not at all. When you're on juice, it takes less effort to be like this guy. Your hormones carry you
Deadlift Intro Song: Opia-YDU (Pluto Remix)
Thank you!
Hey Nick how much you guys want for stair stepper?
If your naturally skinny and your bulking is it better to focus on higher protein or just higher calories in general
happy birthday brotha
What the heck is a "Brotha"?
A Chicken Wing what the heck is a chicken wing

MR. Bare with your background in nutrition what do you think of the film "what the health". You think of the information to be valid or beneficial, while also trying to bulk? Thinking about being vegan
Anybody remember that old saying about guys on juice, pea head lol

Tell us your stack mate
Liam Almighty tren and test
Probably throws some EPO in there, too.
Was that croosh i hear in the background?
Yo how I get them lean natty gainz bro.
Where do you get your shirts frommm, Lad
Do you track sugar? And doesn't too much sugar turn into fat ? So could that mess with your macros or do you calculate it in somehow

Nowadays, for some stupid reason, you get more shit for being actually natural than if you were taking steroids. Love your videos Nick, keep it up!
MetalPhoenix --- especially if you lie about it
What Powerlifting meet is it? San Antonio?
Nicks 100% natty... just look at his calves :)
Look at Denis Wolfe’s calves. Ifbb pro competed for olympia. Calves are purely genetic and even steroids may not effect growth in that department
jeremyNG25 so true because I'm a lean person but I'm pretty skinny I guess because I'm kinda smaller then most people but my calves are huge for my size... it all depends on genetics
Juice?
Nothing but natural orange juice here.
Has anyone bought the new program yet? Thinking about getting it but id like some more information on it before i do
Hey Nick I was wondering what you thought on protein/preworkout tablets with strait bcca's
Laughing Cow cheese is the best!
What is the song that closes out the video?
@Nick Bare How can i help my body recover after eating nothing but MREs during multi week field ops?
The biggest thing I can recommend from my experience is bring a fiber powder to the field like metamucil. It will keep the brick shits to a minimum.
Do you also count how much sugar you take to you? Because it seems like no one is checking the sugar, which is really important for me 😊
Why are you worried about sugar? No hate just asking
Why don't you invest in a separate warehouse space?
I swear u started a cut like 2 weeks ago?!?!?! IM confused!
yazctr hard tren-ing
The new terminator
Damn! A bunch of haters on here now. You must be doing good nick lol 👊💪
Should i lean bulk? I'm around 180 @ 17% bf and 6ft. Been cutting since end may

Vazhh You're underweight and you're cutting. You will never get big. You need to be at around 220lbs for your height.
Vazhh if you want to get bigger if you want to be lean just cut and lean cut towards the end so you can transition to normal workouts
On how many calories you bulk ??
Can't imagine how good that feels to have so many people claim you're using when you're not. I got a question for ya, why do you keep your fats so low? Guys like Brian Alsruhe eats tons of fat and the dude is like a natty shredded 240 albeit he's one of the strongest people in the world. Thanks
Richard Gray --- not natty
When did you hop on da sauce m8
What's the song 1:11
We have the same Birthday bro, August 1st!
57 Fat
340 Carbs
275 Protein
2973 Calorie.
The cup that says kick today in the dick kills me 🤣😂
Just coffee or just black rifle coffee? Big difference.
Hey Nick, have you heard Dorian Yates on the rogan podcast? Massive steroid use aside (which he admits) he has an interesting take on how long the training should be (40-50 mins) and how frequent (few times a week) with an interesting sandpaper analogy.
@Nick Bare Get on that SOFLETE Strength Program, for real bro.
I can't even eat more than 30g of fat without feeling like I'm clogging up my arteries and I was astounded when I heard Nick say 80g of fat are his macros. 80 grams jesus!
I don't get why he doesn't just say he's on steroids it's not a big deal I'll still buy the pre and whey homie
Does anyone know the song that's playing when Nick starts squatting? 3:10
its Ashes of Eden by Breaking Benjamin. Breaking Benjamin slaps when lifting heavy!
Why don't you eat egg yolks?
Can I do this program while training for running 5-6 times per week?
Baciu Denis no cause if you do that planet earth will burst into flames and we will die.
Depends on how long you run. 15-30 minutes fasted cardio are ok. Endurance training will have a negative effect due to the training volume.
Got my BPN, ready to lift a car.
How did I know there'd be people arguing about his natty status in the comments....?
Zach Winters --- because he's getting bigger every video
You must be blind.
every time I heard surplus I took a shot of espresso
