If you ever come to Mexico make sure to try corn tortillas! Most tacos taste better with corn tortilla!! I only use flour tortillas if the taco also has melted cheese or if I make plain quesadillas

As a competitive "crossfitter," I'd recommend practicing maintaining the hollow body position in your back swing to kip into the rings. karhustrength.com/muscle-ups-hip-to-rings/ this is a good video. you're super strong but once you start working in competitive volume in a metcon, you would tire out a lot faster, as you are muscling your body up to the rings instead of letting your strength and explosiveness from the kip just take you there. Unsolicited advice.... but I would want to know! haha
NICK!! When you row use your legs to drive through the entire movement and pull the handle straight to your chest, keeping it below your pecs, don't pull it above them, don't lean back like that where you pull it towards your neck. That's awful form. Form matters, both for increasing your power output and mitigating injuries!
