I had same experience the last time I tracked Nigcomsat, I got stable signal above 70% with the right TP on my satfinder only for me to scan the decoder nd ended up getting funny funny channels that are not on Nigcomsat satellite. I will follow this your method to correct it. Thanks.

Can I use a smart LNB on a multi tv decoder?
If yes, can I use the two smart LNB ports on two separate decoders at the same time?
You can use a Smart LNB universal port for your MultiTv decoder. You can use it on separate Decoders, just select the right port with the right LNB settings on the decoder.
I have 2 HD decoder but subscription expired so can I add them for extra view or it must be a brand new one to use for extra view

I have been able to track hispasat 30w at 30°W with eight metre dish and got signals but the channels are all encrypted on these transponders,12246 H and 12399 H so how can I access and watch those channels, help me brother, Am from Kenya
It will depend on the decoder type and the software it can handle to unlock those channels.
Yo gee I find it difficult for my Dstv to load it page on my TV, it will only boot 100% and tell me no signal. How can you be of help to me?
* Change The Power adapter to check.
* Remove the signal cable at the back of the decoder and check the F-connector , make sure non of the earth wires touches the main pin.
If there's no positive outcome, send the Decoder to the nearest DSTV office.
