Yes it has been helpful, my son bought me a super box combo decoder, but I have a problem with the remote control when setting it up. The standby mode is on , and the remotes infrared is blinking always. Have done what I know but still.

Check the LNB frequency on the satellite page , make sure it's a Universal Option.

How can I do
Pls I reset my decoder and the power went off but when I turned it on it shows on but then the tv screen goes black as well as the LCD screen on the decoder.
Some Decoders may not be able to recover if the reset was never completed.
* If there's F1 button on the remote, after turning the decoder on, press on the f1 button plus the power button and hold for about a minute.
* Reboot the decoder several times and leave it for a while.
The main power in the house went off or only the Decoder went off during reset?

My decoder signal has been bad around 19 percent for like a week help me
The signal comes from the satellite dish outside the house, so When there's no signal, after connecting the signal cable at the back of the Decoder really well, the next thing is to check the satellite dish to get a stable signal. If you can't do that by yourself, get a help from a nearby Satellite installer.
I factory reset the decoder but I can't get the quality to be green and the strength is like around 27%
If you were having the signal before resetting the decoder, do the right settings in the Installation Wizard to get back the signal
