Aliso Hills Taekwondo. Navid Davani tore the left knee ACL, but chose to continue with testing. Master D. (6th Degree Black Belt) gave him the option to do a hammer fist or other break for the breaking technique portion of testing. Navid chose to do the hammer fist break on two 10" boards.
