I'm building an arcade from the floor up like this using older parts, except using a 2500k/gtx 970 and 1080p monitor to play stuff like injustice, Tekken 7, Soul Calibur 6 and other newer fighters
There's plenty diy cab Videos out there. I'm not much for making Videos myself. if you're gonna use a crt use an old (most modern possible with S-Video out)GPU like Radeon hd4000 series or something, that was my cheapest option to make a Gun Cab that plays Hogan's to even time Crisis 4. I'm just a hobby builder so I don't have any tutorials but I'm sure there's plenty out there
I've got a 1992 orignal Street fighter 2 ce cab and Pandora works just fine with the cabs CRT, I've got Pandora dx which supports multiple resolutions over hdmi and vga it also supports 15khz standard res CRT monitors, displays absolutely perfectly on my cab, you will have to adjust the monitors vhold though otherwise the picture will roll out of the box and other fine adjustments on the horizontal and vertical to fill the screen as it displays slightly wider and longer than standard jamma, works good though very happy with my Pandora dx and it supports stereo sound through the audio jack perfect for an amp which my cab is kitted out with 2 speakers and a sub and a Q Sound amp.
I'm on the fence about pandoras box or rasberry pi. I've read alot of reviews which said pandora has mor lag on the games and is just lower quality. What are your thoughts on this?

I have a similar setup thanks to your older tutorials. 🙂👍 I even bit the bullet and imported the 80 euro light up Marquee from the official Arcade1up site Just need the lower button panel like the one you have to add coin buttons. I used x360ce for each pc game that needed xinput. Also the Gamma setting switched to on helps with monitor looking washed out and improves viewing angles. I'm not a fan of these one up arcade cabinets, the graphics on these cabinets look pretty dull and plain, I prefer the custom ones of Daniel Spies, world of difference in looks. Im also not touching raspberrypie's anymore! the retropie software is so buggy. Tried everything getting a simple 8bitdo SN30 controller to work, but nope! open a game and the connection is lost. No solution available in forums either. And that's just one of the many issues. So I'm not touching that crap anymore. Just as you prefer the pc solution, I'm all for it aswell
Or visit Epic every other week... they hammered out some phantastic games for free. Since i use Linux (GamerOS), i can also confirm that it is usable if you don't want to take the Windows route.

How much would you sell those for or how much is it worth to sell. Not that I’m gonna buy it. But where would you put a value on it if you had the ability to mass produce them hypothetically

Just as you prefer the pc solution, I'm all for it aswell
any chance to give us your Windows game list?
LOL... i connected my Steam to the PC / Big Box list. 😆
Get a steam account wait for a sale and go crazy .. game will be dirty cheap.
@@WickedGamerCollector I mean list titles of your windows game's over launchbox ...
Or visit Epic every other week... they hammered out some phantastic games for free. Since i use Linux (GamerOS), i can also confirm that it is usable if you don't want to take the Windows route.
I just use launchbox

How much would you charge me for a machine like that?
Arcade1up with PC i don't make those on order.
Just wanted to mess around with this and to show what you can do.
You can do this with every Arcade machine if you ask me.
Did see some ali-express sellers have empty cabinets.
So you can mod crazy with those 😁
