I thought capcut was bad but it was the only one I knew and when I saw your videos I got soo much better at capcut and almost 99% of the stuff I ddnt even know you could do

When exporting layers from PHOTOSHOP, use the "Export layers" feature to cut time. You will use the PNG24 option and Click on "RUN", it will save layers as PNG all in one go unlike the "save as" option which takes longer
So it save layers as png with same size of project ? Or it works like "Export as" ?
Yes it saves them as PNG's with the same project size per layer
