Hi Roxy, guess what! I’ve seen a lot of your videos about manifesting my Ex back / or a specific person. The main point for all of me was to have the focus on me. We broke up seven months ago because there were plenty of things at the time that we couldn’t change back then. We last talked 3-4 months ago. Since then, I have been the center for myself. I changed a lot of my old bad self, I started by learning to deal with my anxiety. Then my parents and I rearranged my entire room. At the same time, I started training, and I eat less unhealthily. Once I found your channel, I watched a lot of videos with the aforementioned titles. I wrote in my notebook sentences like "he loves me more than anything" or "he can't wait to talk or write to me" and etc.. I realized that you have to be patient and believe in it and not be afraid of things, you have to turn everything negative into positive. For example, if she gets a boyfriend, she just needs to develop her character by the time when she gets back to me. These things have completely changed my attitude, I have been less anxious since then. And the main reason I am writing now is because, tonight I woke up to go to the toilet and when I lay back in bed I checked the time, IT WAS EXACTLY 4:44! And after that, I dreamed of her. I know that sooner or later he will come back to me, maybe in a longer or shorter time, but he will come back, but until then, I will be a better person, I will work on myself and when he comes back, our relationship will be the best possible. I have def commented on videos a trillion times by now but I am so high on anxiety atm. I saw something I didn’t like and now I’ve entered the depths of overthinking. Lucija Budinski yes! So in august me and my SP had 3 different times where we met up and had a conversation. Our first convo we j caught up, then our second convo I expressed how I felt, and the third convo we talked abt us. He’s still working on expressing his emotions instead of bottling them up, but he’s improved. We both agreed we broke up bc we need to figure out shit out. He said he wasn’t ready mentally or emotionally for a relationship bc he was still figuring life out for himself. Although I thought I was ready, I wasn’t ready to be w him again and I’m still not. As much as I loved to jump into his arms rn I still have a lot of work to do for myself. We both agreed we’ll play it by ear and see what the future holds. I stopped making my manifestations abt him and only him and I’m focusing on myself and learning to love me. After our third convo I heard my spirit guides say in my head “you need more time”. I’m gonna relax and mediate soon but watching your videos first helps me calm down and snap back into everything. I think one of the things irking me atm is that my SP and I not texting. I said he would text me first. Now I have the urge to text him and meet up and talk. We haven’t spoken since he ended it. A part of me wants to talk to him so I can get clarity like idk what’s going on between us wtf is happening. A part of me is scared to go talk to him and then when we finish talking he says “sorry it’s still over” and that’s that and for now I’m j sitting in this “magical” spot of oooo idk what’s going on. Yeah both of these thoughts are not good or helping me and the energy behind those thoughts it’s being reflected back at me so I need to go mediate and chill the actual fuck out and tell myself I’m okay. I watched the no contact video but sometimes the emotions and thoughts after a break up become super overwhelming at times
Update: gave myself a very very long pep talk and literally realized I’ve been saying “well when he gets mad he holds grudges”... I stopped talking to myself and gasped and I was like omg I’ve literally been manifesting this and ofc it brought more absence. I was like wow I thought I was super aware of my words but now I’m even more aware. I love saying this and i got these words from Queen Roxy herself and basically put them together “at the end of the day I’m in the drivers seat. I’m in control. I’m the what and the now, not the when and the how. I tell my brain what to think and I’m stronger than my thoughts and emotions. I am not worried I am calm because I know the universe is sending it my way and the outcome will be good. I’m not worried. I only expect and allow good outcomes in my life. My SP is how I entertain them in my mind and that is how they’ll come to me and with that being said they love me and only want to be with me”

Lucija Budinski yes! So in august me and my SP had 3 different times where we met up and had a conversation. Our first convo we j caught up, then our second convo I expressed how I felt, and the third convo we talked abt us. He’s still working on expressing his emotions instead of bottling them up, but he’s improved. We both agreed we broke up bc we need to figure out shit out. He said he wasn’t ready mentally or emotionally for a relationship bc he was still figuring life out for himself. Although I thought I was ready, I wasn’t ready to be w him again and I’m still not. As much as I loved to jump into his arms rn I still have a lot of work to do for myself. We both agreed we’ll play it by ear and see what the future holds. I stopped making my manifestations abt him and only him and I’m focusing on myself and learning to love me. After our third convo I heard my spirit guides say in my head “you need more time”. I swear it was so weird but exciting. This is what I’ve learned on my spiritual journey, divine time does not have a time limit. When your manifestations come in divine time that means when youre ready. For me divine time means I need to do some shadow work and learn to love myself before I’m ready to be w my SP or anyone

Just start by doing it for the principle. Catch the thoughts because you shouldn't be thinking them, not because you necessarily believe otherwise. Just start by doing it for the sake of doing it... and say it's easy to do, because that is also manifesting
