this WORKS, I watched this yesterday affirming that i got a text from my specific person, who I haven’t heard from in a while. I visualized and everytime I got a notification on my phone I pretended it was him and jumped up in excitement. Make sure that you feel excited when you’re saying it and if doubt pops in at any point replace it with that affirmation. I’ve found that it really helps to have a huge smile on your face when you’re doing it as it helps you to experience it emotionally in the present moment which tricks your body into thinking it really is happening in the present moment. Practice a few times saying it out loud as though you’re telling somebody. I found that if you visualise your friends asking you how it’s going with him and you tell them how things have done a complete 360 and he’s now making an effort to chase you is powerful. Harry Barry He says he was drunk. I honestly thought we had a shot. But he told me raw details of how he had sex with her. He didn’t even call me he told me over text. Harry Barry He says he was drunk. I honestly thought we had a shot. But he told me raw details of how he had sex with her. He didn’t even call me he told me over text.
