    What is the shelf life

      It can last for a month in the fridge, and one week without the fridge. If you add a preservative then 8-12 months as the case may be. I hope this helps? 2:04

      Without preservative it can last for a week. You can also keep it in the fridge to increase the shelf life for weeks without preservative. If you add a preservative to the shampoo you could use for as long as 6 months .. I hope this helps? 😊 0:10

      100 grams of African black soap
      1 cup of hot water
      2 tablespoons of coffee (caffeinated)
      3 tablespoons of flaxseeds
      Jojoba oil 1 teaspoon
      Peppermint oil 5 drops
      Castor oil 1 teaspoon
      Coconut oil 1 teaspoon
      Honey 1 teaspoon
      Tea tree oil 5 drops
      Vitamin e oil
      Glycerin 1 teaspoon
      Optional (Germal plus) preservative - 5 drops

    Can I use avocado oil instead of coconut oil (my hair doesn't like it). Also, can I use aloe vera instead of flaxseeds?

      Yes you can substitute those ingredients your hair reacts to but bear in mind that your recipe without flaxseed would not be as creamy as mine. 😊

    Hi I discovered that the essential oils added most times settle at the top of the shampoo. When applied makes the hair look damp because water and oil is not properly mixed. Is that how yours is?

      If you used flaxseed in your recipe it should combine properly but if not it should not be much of a problem, just shake throughly before each use. Mine came out perfect. Check my end result in the video. 👍🏽
