Not sub 40 yet, but I did accomplish 2 other goals I wanted, sub 10 deaths and an achievement I had never gotten.

If it is unreadable/not up long enough the achievement was:
[Platinum Overlord] : Earned by clearing over 5 stages with no mistakes in Hell's Finest.
I think the game considers the bonk into a wall (run+jumping into a wall or sliding into one and bouncing off) as a mistake, because I have had other deathless runs up to this point not get that achievement, or i'm misremembering.
I don't think I ever mentioned but those few cutscenes with the Zombie with the camera are the cutscenes of you getting achievements. Ones I usually get are:
Clear 3 stages
Clear 7 stages
Obtain the God Prinny title (The Prinny that beats Phantom Battle immediately gets this rank, so any death in Junky Mansion or Rocky Dragon Hideout will give you this).
And I guess this new Platinum Overlord achievement.

Probably the biggest mistake was my death on Darth Moab, costing about 43 seconds. I jumped the gun expecting him to stop, but that just made him not stop.
That and my pre-mature stop against the final boss for my first death, thinking the box would be dead. The final hit was bad too but at least I know if I mess up and hit that cannon while they are shielded I can still win, because I have no recent experience in that walk around phase.
Honorable mention to accidentally hitting down while trying to just go right @ 19:41 and costing 20 seconds.
The Black Prinny fight finish @ 34:26 was a little too close as well. (That fight is always loud so volume warning, tried to timestamp a time without a spike of sound)
