2.3m is what the defendant borrowed, but that money is closer to 5m in today's money. Honestly, the plaintiff has been cheated in so many ways. So unapologetic. The whole thing is so frustrating.

Honestly, it might seem like your a bad person for not lending but trust me it’s better to avoid such situations especially amounts that you can not easily overlook such as this , it is advised to lend out amounts you can let go off when the debtor becomes evasive such as this man
I learned long ago, never lend your money to anyone. If you can give the money without really expecting back, give. NEVER, EVER lend money, it will cause issues. Other people always have plans for your money.

When the judge gives her judgement "the defendant is to pay the sum of ........ to the plaintiff, judgment for the plaintiff" without stating the time frame the money will be paid, how will the plaintiff know the period within which the whole money will be paid. I use to her say so in most cases.
