Can I combine Revert with Chemiluminescence for normalization? I mean to say, if I use REVERT to get the total protein image in my software and then I want to use Chemiluminescence ( antibody conjugated to HRP) to see 3 or 4 proteins rather than fluorescence secondary antibodies, Can normalizations be done?.
