Thank you so much for this! I've never even considered making my own broth before, and you've changed the way I think about it, I always just assumed you use it for soup but to know that you can drink it like a tea or tonic, because of all the nutrients, so cool. Do you ever use it for actual recipes too? Thanks again! I absolutely love you and love that you're making these videos! 🙏

I have always been such a fan of yours since the 70s show. And Orange. But I just yesterday discovered your channel and I love it! I love you! Even more bc you are so interactive with us fans. You share so many things with us food, make up tips all kinds of fun and useful things it's truly like talking to s friend. So thank u again for that I'd love to meet you and cook with u. I do alot of italian means even though I'm Irish and Hungarian lol my mom always made the best marinara sauce so now I make my own as well as vodka sauce. I also love Caesar salad but I can't find a good home made recipe I don't like anchovies and I know they r used in it. But I wanted to see if u knew of any loop holes around that. Thanks again for everything especially just bring you, you are the picture perfect portrait of what every woman should be. You're bionic lol. 🤗😍

Been making this (and the chicken broth) every week/ sometimes twice a week for the past 4 months after following the Stash Plan. It really is awesome and such a nice drink now the weather is colder!! I often travel and can't always take my broth with me, so when I know I have a lot of travelling coming up, I pour the hot broth (after being strained) straight into maison jars, I let them cool then put them into the fridge. Once the fat has cooled in the fridge and sealed the jar, you can keep the broth for longer - up to 6 weeks in the fridge as long as you don't break the fat seal! This way, I use a jar of broth at a time and then when I go away, I can either just take a jar with me (with a lid screwed on tightly!) or if I don't, I know it's safe in my fridge, waiting for me when I get back! Obviously if you have a normal working week and plan to cook with the broth too then there is no need to bother with maison jars. When I am at home, I use it up so quickly it barely touches the sides of the container!! Love it!! Thank you Laura!! (Someone also suggested to me, to add a table spoon of cider vinegar to bone broth....I sometimes do this!)

I agree with Laura 100%. Instead of taking collagen capsules or applying collagen creams, her bone broth is so rich in collagen. Aside from beef broth chicken feet, animal cartillages are also rich in collagen.

I found a good way to make broth whilst also cooking a chicken. I use an electric pressure cooker. Put in a whole medium chicken, all the same extras you put in.. fill with boiling water. Cook under pressure for 40 minutes, I take the chicken meat out which is as soft as salmon and use in meals.. let the bones sit until it comes to room temperature, then drain off the broth. I then return the carcass to the pot, with all new veg, and I then add a tablespoon of cider vinegar that helps to leach out the nutrients from the bone into the water, fill up with boiling water and repeat the process. Can usually get a few batches out of one carcass this way. X

    Hi Laura!
What does the broth look like (does it thicken) when it gets cold? I'd like to start using it for gravy! (mmmm)
Very much enjoy your easygoing "real-ness" and the little side comments you make during your presentations. I noticed how you expressed this genuineness in your acting on "70s" and am pleased to see it's simply your personality showing through.
Keep the videos happening. They're great fun and very helpful.
