Features Mr Brolly's hat sent in by Jade Kelham from Bournemouth (relation of the show's musician John Kelham, perhaps?) and into Clockwise.

I had this at the back of my memory and I was trying to remember what this was called, I thought to myself "what was the name of that cartoon where it was set in a weatherhouse and the people in it had lots of adventures?"

This is from Thursday 8th November 1990 - the film ending at the start is 'The Private Navy of Sgt O'Farrell" (incredibly considered worthy of peaktime Saturday night viewing on Southern less than a decade before).
