It feels weird having Wilds so close to release now. Each day feels longer than the last
Gore looks considerably bigger than I remember. Hope we get his sets from prior games back (Sunbreak left me cold with the “1 armor per monster” silliness). Also hope that my beloved Nerscylla greatsword is in Wilds. By the way that Hirabami monster gives me heavy Lost Planet vibes, made more so by the frosty environment.
We are truly reliving 4U in some way

Weird monster at 1:10 looks like a giant snake wyvern but I am convinced we aren’t allowed to get those so it’ll be a leviathan

Already got a theory on the ice shard cliffs. You can see floating rocks around the area and that ( maybe apex) snake things body looks metalic and slightly rusted. Similar to journey to the center of the earth, the rocks and apex might be magnetic. The ice shard cliffs likely has rampant and powerful magnetic fields that make the rocks float, and if the magnetism has something to do with the weather event since all apexs are tied to there specific weather, it might allow it to partially float or perform some other similar phenomenon.

Called It Arcveld is hunting the other Apex monsters to absorb their energy, and with that Tease of the (potential Serpent) Apex of Ice 1:11, I think I know exactly what Elder Dragon is the Final boss.
Maybe arcveld channels the energy of the (currently) four apex’s in each of it’s chains, where in battle it can switch the elemental ability each chain gets. So basically alatreon but hopefully not as broken
@@blupyro3098I doubt that because all of its chains turn red in the trailer, which is the color of Dragon Element.
I think Arkveld might be a Dragon element monster that relies on the elemental abilities of other monsters to "charge" itself by converting it all into Dragon element. Only Elder Dragons can naturally harness Dragon Element without trouble.

With the introduction of Gore Magala (potentially post-story?) I’m hoping that Frenzied/Apex Monsters are the equivalent of Hyper/Tempered/Afflicted Monsters in Wilds
Nah, we got to get atleast 1 more for a Launch Trailer. Plus they hinted at the Apex in this trailer so…I assume as much haha.
Listen. I swear on everthing i love, monster hunter wilds is the expanded world of monster hunter 4U. The Lancer/Gore Scene gave it away along with The Man. So if they're bringing it back like they did 4U, Apex is on the table. And for those that don't know, in 4U there were many monsters to fight but if we are scaling in difficulty from easiest to hardest, its low rank, high rank, High Rank plus (Or with rank uncapped) g rank, and the hardest of them all, Frenzy Apex which is literally a whole different level of Bat shit insane. 4U vets know what I'm talking about and sunbreak hunters have sonewhat of an idea of what to expect, however a quirio empowered monster and an apex frenzied monster are not the same. I'm super hyped for wilds now knowing that gore and frenzy may play a part in its story. Even more so if apex and Our sand whale Boi Dahren Mohran is making a comeback
