My favorite moment was when a guy was in the middle of fighting Rey Dau and he was cooking lettuce and Rey Dau did his one shot mega fuck you laser blast and insta-killed him. Funniest shit i've ever seen.

In the character creator, odd numbered voices are masculine, and even are feminine. Also, there seem to be some pretty frequent artefacts in the pitch shifted versions.

I have been enjoying the hell out of the open beta test hunting every monster I see, but I will avoid the demo like the plague. I want to hunt the rest of the monsters blind when the game releases. Just like hunting Gore Magala for the first time ever in 4U.

Hol up, I noticed this in someone else's video hunting rey dau earlier but does the hunter actually climb up on to the monster's carcass when you carve? Probably old news but if so, thought that was kind of a neat little detail.

I’d kinda like to see a MonHun that takes place in the far past with some of the monsters that we know to be extinct/precursors to the monsters we know now and where we play through the fall of the ancient civilization. It’d be an interesting experience going in *knowing* that the game will end in a tragedy.

One thing I am surprised about with the demo is that Rey Dau isn't as difficult as like demo Magnamalo or demo Malzeno. At least I didn't find him to be so, still a great fight but not as difficult as I thought it would be.

My wife and I will be trying out the open beta on PC. We're both really looking forward to it. Well, she isn't looking forward to Lala Barina. Especially since it has weapons and armor that she absolutely wants. But Lala probably isn't in the beta, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Incidentally, which weapon left you with the best impression, so far?

I'm so hyped for Monster Hunter Wilds! it's going to be the biggest and best one they've ever done before and I'm really glad they are finally doing crossplay and having support hunters in it! Kinda sucks its during the week tho. I'm really happy being able to have character creator going into the full game tho. I think they planned on doing this beta test now before the demo is because they want to test the crap out of crossplay but either way I'm going to be playing it as much as I can! I'm sure the demo will most likely be towards end of December during VGA's or sometime in January.
