Sir in this question...the freehold is overvalued both the times while debentures take away at 1.2L and when revaluation is done.... Now
What if it's undervalued when debentures holder take away for example book value 1 lakh and taken away by dentures holders at 80000 then? At time of over valuation we will minus the loss of 20000 right?
I have such question hence i have doubt..can i whatsapp u that question?

Why we didn't take overdraft in new balance sheet? What happened to O/D sir?

Overdraft is a negative bank balance and when we recieved money while carrying out the scheme of internal reconstruction it got converted into positive bank balance.

See all the other current liabilities ( loan from directors and interest payable) are discharged.
We paid the outstanding interest and loan from directors was also paid in terms of shares and cash.
So it doesn't exist in the new balance sheet.
