Sir i didn't understood when i directly calculate share issued and paid and multiply with fv it didn't match the amount why ?? Like equity shares, total of 94000 equity shares were issued but there value is 460000, if 94000 shares are issued and we multiply ×2.5 /share = it gives 235000 and when 460000 ÷2.5 =184000 shares ?? How and why
184000 equity shares were issued, 15000 as it is+ 45000( 3 eq shares for every 1 held)+ 72000( 6 eq shares for every 1 pref share held ) + 12000 eq shares issued to lenders to convert their loan + additional 40000 equity shares issued to directors, so u have issued 184000 eq shares
