I understand Taylor's confusion. I'm from India where Cricket is the most popular sport so I know pretty much everything about it, but if you put me on the spot and make me have a conversation with a professional baseball player, I'd be pretty damn puzzled too. Plus not everyone is into sports

Dude, baseball is pretty complicated too. As a guy who follows both games, I can surely say the rules and the different permutations combinations in baseball are pretty complicated to understand. There are so many ways a player can score or get out in baseball. Cricket might be a great game but baseball surely is more complicated to understand for a new person. So I would say your analogy of simple maths to calculus is incorrect.
