That front fender looks almost exactly the same as older ktms supermoto fron fender (2003-2007) which isnt exactly hard to get and does fit your bikes fender mounts also

So how much wide it's the cushed hub compared to the stock? Can you get the rear sprocket aligned with the front? I want to put one of this on my Xr650r but I can't get the sprockets aligned 😭
I have actually got now one rim with cishhub and one without. So now finally I can figure this thing out. I will discuss it in a future video i think. if not I will post it on IG.

I would say yes that it is from an LC4 660, but they never had it in white. Only Husqvarna did. KTM is only in orange and black. And no, I think this is much nicer!

For the rear wheel you could just flip the chain ajuster instead breaking your chain and doing it again

Just carefully cut the edges of the tyre
I think you should use the original front fender
(it's advised to lube the shafts when you put them in. Otherwise they might not come out next time)
Change back the 690 fender
is grinding your tire like that safe, especially when doing tight corners? can you do the same thing to the front tire if it hits the fork guards?

You dont want too re use the chain unless you are using the same sprockets. It will wear out your new sprockets too the same wear the chain has

Why u didnt use some grease on the axles? I think that is pretty important mostly if the bike is new, awesome serie and bike btw 🔥
The wheel turns in the bearings not in the axle, when you need to grease your axle you have a real problem with your bearings.

with a plier you can easily undo a chain with a hammer and screwdriver its harder

The one you have now is btw. from LC4 times and SMR. Husqvarna used it for 1 year bevor they good a new bike. So it is an KTM Fender no Husky 😝
