Here in Hull, East Yorkshire, the batter bits are called scraps and you can have a scoop for free with your fish and chips etc

@@DiabolikalFollikles Yes, and the dipping sauce is a sweet and spicy type of sauce. You can prob get it at a local Asian market place, and it isn’t that expensive.

Pressure cookers have safeguards to release excess pressure so that the pot doesn't explode
@@KazimJafar I'm scared because one of my friends showed me a picture of someone he knew that had pressure cooker accident.
@@JadDeJesus I get where you're coming from but here in India, no kitchen is complete without a pressure cooker and instances of pressure cookers exploding on their users is super super rare.
I think that is why he opened the cooker lid slightly in the end after closing it

it’s actually really small and I’m pretty sure they have to get a permit for it. Some chefs love it too, it makes them feel appreciated for their work and acknowledged

Yeah, actually very cheap too. Instead of putting an egg/sour batter. But if you try it, it would be slightly bland so it would be good to add other things than just broth and flour.

To me that looked like either water+garlic or chicken broth+garlic (the cloudy liquid prior to tossing in the flour).

Chicken broth mixed with herbs and spices, the white substance thats cloudy is cornstarch
