Such an amazing excursion...that's livin' right!
Thank you
I'm a born and raised Idahoan... I'm telling you that we really do not want others to know about our little slice of heaven... Ppl come here and disrespect our parks, mountains, rivers, and lakes... Tear things up, leave their garbage behind, and don't understand the love we locals have for our home... Idaho is beautiful... We'd like her to stay that way...
Exactly, especially people from california!
Same goes for Oregon. We ate all so happy when the tourist leave & we can have back our playground of mountain lakes & fav places!
Always having to pack out garbage.
Idaho Motto: Shoot, Shovel, Shut Up. You all beware.
Social media has ruined many great places. 😢
Locals can be just as disruptive, unfortunately.
Idaho is full... glad you enjoyed our state. Please leave the glass bottles in the rv. Thank you
lol.... Yeah, just make sure the plastic ones are outside lol
THANK YOU SO MUCH for respecting Idaho and not over sharing! Part of the adventure is to find these places by putting in the work to do so, otherwise you attract the wrong crowds! That’s how the 2nd hot spring closed down - too many people who wanted to enjoy the beauty of it without wanting to clean up after themselves. There would be glass everywhere, trash everywhere, even condoms and tampons 🤢
Enjoy Idaho and thank you for helping to keep her beautiful!
Just want to say… I am an Idahoan… wasn’t born here yet moved here when I was 12 and have spent 75% of my adult life with an official Idaho residence. Thank you for the respect of our wild and woolly wilderness spaces! ❤
Thank you for the kind comment. Glad to share the love of outdoors
The best hot springs are unmarked gems. Even those, at least when I lived there, were getting a lot of traffic. My favorite memories of Idaho wilderness.❤
They are so amazing
As an Idahoan, yeah, Idaho is a magical hidden Gem. The Stanley area is one of the most beautiful places in the state (although there are numerous).
Agree!
Dennis and Liz, happy to see you two enjoying your travels!
Thank you David!
Thank you. I am an Idaho man. I do appreciate your not revealing which hot springs you visited. Some do look familiar, however. Enjoy folks.
Thanks for keeping it under your hat! Great video by the way. ESRV!
Another great video! I hope everything is okay with you guys and your "big life changes" doesn't mean you won't be on here anymore!
Be well and take care 🙂
Love love love your videos!! Thank you for sharing and caring for the great outdoors !!
Your new filming style is AWESOME! Love the background music as well. This was very fun to watch! Bravo to both of you. Normally I give Liz all the credit but I am going to deal Dennis in this time.
Haha that's good. Because if it were up to me you wouldn't want to see the shots I'd get haha he's the videographer master. Glad you're enjoying it.
LOL the LEVELING! Omg the struggle is real and you've captured it perfectly.
I think Idaho is one of the most underrated states! It is at the TOP of my to-visit list!
Couldn't agree more! Hope you make it there soon!
It was beautiful and safe and lovely. I give it another 8 months before the CA transplants ruin it.
You guys were having so much fun. I think that is what RV/Van-lifer is supposed to be. There are many RV/Van lifer’s RUclips bloggers are just letting times passing by. Another words, money can always be made, but time can not be saved. Once, time is running out, so that is it. Money cannot buy time.
Agreed. This week was so fun and it showed in the video. This truly was van life paradise
Those hot springs look glorious. I'm glad you guys shared!
Wish we could have enjoyed them with you!
I drove through the Idaho panhandle last summer on my way from Calgary to Seattle for a Concert, I didn't even intend to go through Idaho but was diverted due to an accident. All I did in Idaho was stop and get gas in Coeur d' Alene and that was it. But I fell in love with the area instantly and made a point of returning this summer. It truly does not disappoint. Great people too.
It is amazinggg!
Thanks guys. Totally understand “revealing” issues, agree. Keep wondering
Thank you! Safe travels
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for traveling with us!
Hey y'all always hit the most beautiful places
Thanks for traveling with us
We really love watching your channel, awesome adventures, awesome videos.
Thank you Jacqui!
Very well done video. Love it.
Gorgeous!!! 🫵🏼👏🏽🇺🇸🏴
Thanks Wesley!
Love my Idaho...especially without needles and poop. Ty cali peeps 😊
As one who calls Id home as well. It's not just those from Ca, we all know the ones from OR, and or Wash are just as bad or sometime worse my friend.
My wife and I love your channel.. We live in Caldwell Idaho and are Fulltime in our Tiffin Allegro Bus.. We wish we knew you were in Idaho, as we would have loved to meet y’all.. Your videos are outstanding and we love the SawTooth Mtns !
Thank you so much! We appreciate the kind words. Yes we don't reveal our location for safety purposes, but our Patreons get up to date info on where we'll be. Sorry to have missed you! Enjoy your travels in your tiffin!
I gotta get there for sure ! Thanks for sharing , Well wish's for continued good health & Safe travels ~peace~
Thank you so much! Same to you 😊
Idaho just made it to our list. Thanks for not sharing the exact locations finding them is part of the adventure.
Excited to hear about the Levels Monitor, the concept is fascinating
Yay so glad to hear that! Love that you already know about Levels!
I just love your videos. You have inspired my husband to take the routes as you guys have done. Oregon coast, Bend, Idaho. Your videos are so stunning. So looking forward to all the hot springs in Idaho!! I watch your videos daily, preparing and getting tips on restaurants, markets, etc. Watching you now, my hubby and I laugh at how you love your 🍺. 😆 lol. Going to eat the rock fish I'm bend. So excited!!. You seem to be so happy and content over the little pleasure of life . I hope someday we can all meet!! Now looking at your Oregon coast!! Watching you everyday! We are starting in April 2023
That's amazing Lana! Comments like this are just so wonderful to receive and really make our day. I'm glad you're out there making your own memories and finding new places to discover! Safe travels and enjoy!
Thank you for😊 responding
That is some beautiful country! love the falls
It really really is
How beautiful!
It's such a pretty state
I love your keep it a hidden gem philosophy! We enjoy finding the unknown off the beaten path spots like that! Thank you for your channel and your love for nature!
Thank you! We appreciate you
Great video! I have been to some hot springs in New Mexico. Time to head to Idaho!
Definitely! New Mexico does have some great ones though. :)
Another gorgeous video. I love your kitties.
Thank you Sharon! Kitties are the best
The selway river is awsome
You guys make the most interesting and professional videos. I’m surprised you don’t have 165k subscribers or more. Thank you. I love how you take your cats out for their walk. My son does the same. It’s so cute. I saw your friends sold their house in Sisal that you stayed at last Christmas. We’ve been looking at that area ever since we saw your vlog on the Mexico trip. I hope you go back down there soon. Anyway, enough gabbing from me. Thanks a bunch guys. Take care 🇨🇦
That's wonderful! Yes they did. They bought a condo in Campeche instead. Thank you for the kind words about our channel. We appreciate it
@@EatSeeRV OMG I just put youtube on and your friends video on the condos in Campeche came up. I remembered you going there with them too. Lol. It’s all making sense now. Now I can follow them too. Thanks bunches!
Who knew Idaho has mermaids 🧜♀️. Keep the secrets, let them have the joy of discovering them for themselves. Idaho is one of the most beautiful states.
👍
Haha 😆 agree on discovering it yourself. There's something super fun about having your own first hand experience vs seeing and knowing what to expect!
Awesome 🎉
Thanks for sharing another awesome video like always, watching your videos and adventures makes so happy and nature is my second love after my wife, keep up with the awesome content 👌👍🤗🙏
Appreciate the kind words Miguel! Wishing you well :)
You guys have the best videos. 👍
Thank you!
Looks great!!
Thank you!
thank you. I appreciate the message
Thank you for watching :)
Just subscribed to your channel!! I adore your videos. Just purchased our rv, we were going east in April, but looking at your videos out west, Oregon was a game changer!!. Enjoyed your opinion on this video. Work hard, planned to fulfill your dreams!! Amen to that!!. You both remind me of my husband and myself. Married 44 years!! We too have a class c. Entrgra oddessy 30z!! Happy!!
That's wonderful Lana! So happy to hear that. Safe travels to you two :)
So respect how you have chosen not to divulge exact locations of certain places here. We've experience first hand how that can change places. Your ramen looks to die for. We hiked around Redfish Lake last year and have decided it's an area we need to return to for a more extended visit. Be well!
Thank you! Glad you appreciate and support that choice. ❤️ Hope you get back there soon (probably next summer though haha it's getting cold there)!
As a proud citizen of Wisconsin awesome choice of beverage in the hot spring. Cool video. Heading west soon.
Hahaha we want more lavender cider. It was so refreshing!
Hi happy campers…. Look like you’re having a great time. Question, did you encounter any ticks ? Happy travels… your friend Gary
nice places... thanks for sharing your travel..❤👍
Thank you for watching!
The Sol Duc hot springs are really cool over in Port Angeles Washington , lots of trails . I used to go there as a kid!
Thank you for the recommendation!
I keep telling Mary we need to check out Idaho. It looks amazing. Another great video 👍
Definitely! I think you'd really enjoy it - Liz
thx for sharing. b safe
Thanks you too!
That's amazing, great video you two.. You can make as many of these video as you want, people aren't going there watching.
We appreciate it. We hope people who do because they watched (which definitely happens) respect the land!
WOWZERS!!!! Idaho... Who knew?!?!?!? This was not what I was expecting when I saw you were doing an Idaho video. Another wicked awesome video!!!! 47 high 5's and 72 thumbs up!!! I kinda want to go back and watch it again and count up how many times you both say "hot springs". 😂😂😂😂
Right, totally blew us away! I'm sure we said hot springs like 50 times haha
Great camera work and editing! I also appreciate your respect for the locals and the land.
Thank you Genesis! Glad you enjoyed it
Great video! Love your travels. Can you please tell me where you got the cute beige and white cloth backpack
I got it in Mexico :)
@@EatSeeRV thank you! I’m going to have to go there❤️
What is that black patch on your arm?
It's a continuous glucose monitor! It helps me see how my blood sugar reacts to certain foods and activities.
That’s so cool.👍
Great video. Great video information. Love the boondocking location. If you're ever coming to northern California my best friend is a harvest host in northern California. "Bay area bliss " thanks Don
That's awesome thank you Don!
“Way to Go, Idaho!” 👍✌️
Idaho is amazing!
You will have to go back to Salmon, and go to Goldbug hot spring. Probably the number 1 in Idaho. The 2.5 mile walk in is worth it. It is totally amazing. 6 pools to sit in and one is underground.
We wanted to but there was a fire nearby which made it unsafe when we visited. We've heard amazing things
Love idaho! so glad i moved back from TX back home
Glad for you too!
beautiful land & lakes in Idaho # ❤️🇵🇰
Nice one!
Thank you!
Love the video, love you guys!! Is that a Dexcom?? ❤
Yes! I'm using Levels to help me understand how food and lifestyle choices impact my blood glucose!
You found my favorite one. Beware we have honey badgers in Idaho so you might not want to come! Lol!
My favorite place on earth 🌎 ❤
Thanks for recognizing its special and sacred places and doing your part to keep it that way!
So glad you enjoyed our video there. It's definitely a special place!
I have started putting the slide out while getting level because it's so hard to estimate how much it will change once you put the slide out. It's an imperfect science at best :)
Haha that's a good way to put it!
Which campground was the first one on the video?
Damn that Ramen though!
Haha it was tasty 😋
Thanks for NOT sharing your location as that seems to be the norm these days! You're correct on the impact it has on many places, especially in Oregon. Those are some beautiful hot spring locations! Thanks!
Yes! Sadly too many people still share. One of the springs in this video has been removed from poor use and unsafe parking to reach it. 😢
First comment!
Those hot springs are right up Christine’s alley. She would like it boiling hot! The Sawtooth Mountains aren’t too bad either.
Wohoo! Thanks for watching Garrett :)
I wonder if you can share with how you find boondocking spots? Is there a directory nor an app???
We found those on campendium
Also….dude, have you tried Anderson leveling blocks?? Pricy but works perfectly
Thank you for the recommendation. No we haven't. We've heard they can be slippy in rocky situations.
We dont want any one to know how great our state is. Please keep us a secret.
So you are showing us these beautiful hot springs and how much you are enjoying it with no one around. BUT you don't want us to go there??? You can look but not touch. Ughhhhhhhh!!! Hahaha Cheers 😘🥂😘
Other people can come you just have to do your own research and talk to people like we did. We're just not making it any easier to come and enjoy.
thanks for helping to keep our idaho home secret, we love living here, please come here and enjoy, but keep our secret!!!!!
Appreciate the kind words! We love your state and hope it stays pristine and protected for centuries to come
Beautiful video, thx. I don’t get it, it’s so simple to leave a place nicer than when you arrived, it takes 10min and you feel good plus the next guy is even more stoked. Pay it forward! The worst I saw was at a Lake Shasta boondock spot after a 3 day weekend, I saw a lot of LOCALS leave all their trash. I guess they think the Rangers will collect it all? Nomads should be that much more motivated so we don’t lose access to these incredible places.
I had to move away from Idaho for work. I miss it
I'm sure! It's such a great state
Nice video, you guys need to get a levelmatepro, makes leveling so much easier.
Haha we've heard it's helpful. We like it old school
question about the van. is the maintenance on the Mercedes something an individual can do(oil changes ect. ) or just a qualified dealer? i have heard the dealers are outrageously expensive.
Dennis does routine maintenance on his own (like oil changes).
Have you tried giving your cat CBD oil? They have it for animals now too. It's great for anxiety and also pain. We got it for my in-laws when their dog was getting close to dying. It made the dog a lot more comfortable and happy before she went.
Thank you for the recommendation. We haven't tried that yet but I'm sure it'd help. Do you get that from the vet?
Idaho lovely🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
It is!
I from thailand i like camping and traver
Is late April warm enough to get in water.
The water is always warm enough to get into (hot springs). But there might be snow around you in April. Really just depends
I just found your channel. What part of Idaho are you in to visit the hot spring?
We share the destinations in the video and title
Sawtooth mou-ins?
Idaho is beautiful. I read somewhere that people from California are moving to Idaho. My cat licks the hair from his belly too when he's stressed out. Poor babies!
Yes, Boise has received a lot of new people there from California.
I went 3 times to Idaho but never to that area , Nice views for sure
Sounds like you gotta get back. Where have you visited there?
@@EatSeeRV Most of the West is really beautiful for sure
I miss Idaho. Moved away due to job
Hopefully you can get back to visit soon.
Who knew Idaho was so beautiful!? Amazing. I want to be in those hot springs. I like what Dennis said "A hot spring a day keeps bad vibes away." Seems the kitties liked it too. As always thanks for sharing your adventures.😻 💖🙏✌️
They definitely enjoyed it 😻 wish you could have enjoyed the springs with us!
"Who knew Idaho was so beautiful!" what are you? nine years old
You THINK that would be the case but because of videos like this they are all crowded and abused. We have already had more than one closed down and destroyed because of people.
A lot of people...
@@oldschool64bus Californians destroyed it, not people.
❤❤
where were these hot springs you found camping so near you? We'll be passing through with our RV in April and then again in August.
We aren't sharing the exact locations as explained in the video 😺
LOL yeah heard you say that after I commented. Totally agree.@@EatSeeRV
Only six months out of the year and every other summertime smoke from 🔥 fires
Yes fires are sadly such a problem in all of the northwest
can you share what kind of RV you have?
We have a full tour coming in our next video! But it's a 2010 Fleetwood Pulse 24S
What time of year we’re you in Idaho. I didn’t see any tourist
We were there in September.
Cooked like lobsters (in a New England accent). Thanks for your "Hot" video! ; - )
Thanks for joining us Bert
Love those hot springs! I think I'd rather the natural ones over the caudron even if you can't control the temp as easily. But I agree with keeping those locations on the DL. It's the whole area that you want people to explore anyways, not just one location....helps out more communities that way too.
Couldn't agree more.
Hey i wanna be go their....idaho is good looking...love from india❤
Idaho has some amazing spots! I think it's a great idea not to share every little place with the world. Great video guys and keep up the great work.
Thank you 😊 we're glad you enjoyed it. And yes so much more amazing places in Idaho to explore now.
Idaho has been Californicated. Party's over, the golden years are behind us.
I get it. The same things happened to Florida by California's and New Yorkers.
There is no better place than Idahome.
😊
Why does the steering wheel have a ram logo but it’s a Mercedes motorhome pls explain
We explain it in this video here: ruclips.net/video/VYvHzER0VdY/видео.html
Born and raised in Idaho, lived all over for a while, came back here like a salmon to have kids and die. This video definitely gets a like except for one thing ... STOP PUBLICIZING IDAHO!!!! I preferred it being anonymous and completely uncrowded. We do have a beautiful state, tons of different types of terrain and you can have honestly different climates within a short drive. Not a lot of places where you can comfortably golf then high the ski hill for some night skiing in the same day.
Great video~ On our summer RV roadtrip, we had planned to boondock in Sunny Gulch for 4-5 days in Stanley, but our front leveler decided it would not go up or down...so we had to move to a bigger city to get help to fix it--so we headed to Twin Falls. We were soooo sad that we didn't get to experience this area on this trip. It is so beautiful. We said that we would have to put this on our list to go back one day (sooner rather than later). We did find a hot spring to swim in on the side of the road near Craters of the Moon. :) Northern Idaho is beautiful. Thanks for sharing these beautiful places. ~Kelli
