I've never use braces I don't like them, but I tried this for like 6 months everynight for 8hrs, cuz I had an overbite and believe me it did work and I'm happy with the results.

@@trolozolo5165 It's good if you still use them, even after your teeth are perfect since there's a chance of your teeth moving again. maybe use it 5-8 more months. But if you have an over bite it's good to start using it temporary

She's not telling people with really bad teeth to try this. Just people with slightly crocked teeth. There are so many products on the market these days. Someone probably noticed that this helped them straighten the teeth a bit. I worn braces for 8 years! and they still shifted! BOO!
Netty D. U had braces for that many years? Wow first time hearing this I'm baffled. Once u take ur braces of the teeth will shift slightly but ure supposed to wear retainers. Fixed retainers that is glued behind the back of ur front teeth and clear removable ones that u wear all the time then gradually once a week. Ure supposed to do what the orthodontist tells u to. During treatment teeth may shift for many reasons, if u keep on breaking the wires or even the brackets that hold the wire together, if u don't go to ur appt, if u don't wear elastics.

I have a set right now, only been using it for around a week... something I've noticed, if you gring your teeth at night you will get gnarly wounds on your gums for a few days before your body gets used to having something there and start healing them! I have an overbite and severe spacing so at the moment my lower jaw tends to slip out of the retainer at night. The pain of your teeth being pressed against it has stopped in 3 days of use but I sudgest having some pain killers on hand and prepair for A LOT of drool and dry lips! I really do think this is the best solution if you don't have thousands of dollars to throw out on your teeth but be prepared for some discomfort! It's not a glamorous process AT ALL! 😅 Good Luck! 💕
I’m 19 and I’ve ordered the $16 one’s off Amazon. I have an overbite, over-jet, and my lower teeth are severely crowded while my top teeth are straight. They should be arriving on the 6th, I’ll post updates on if they work for me cause I notice a lot of people who have worn braces are posting updates but people like me with more serious problems seem to have not tried.

Hi Emily! First of all congrats to your successful video! I just wanted to clarify some things you talked about orthodontic treatment and how it compares to this kind of aligners. These aligners are working since they push your teeth together , making a nice formed arch on the upper and lower jaw. Straight teeth, perfect! BUT WAIT The reason why orthodontic fixed appliances are more expensive and take longer to achieve a finished result is because: - Speed Orthodontics, when used by the right professionals, use predicted and controlled forces to move your teeth. these aligners usually just press and push your teeth together, forcing them to stay straight no matter what. - The Roots The roots of your teeth are being moved along with the crown. when you just straighten your teeth with the aligner, the root usually stays in place. It looks straight from the outside, but on an XRAY you can see that your roots might be misaligned or tilted. Usually that's not a problem, but it can result in unwanted "Torque" issues (We call the angle that your teeth are getting "Torque" - Some people want a more flat looking smile, others prefer convex smile profiles.), meaning you can see more of the tooths root, or the tooth looks shorter than it actually is. Also a tilted root can support instable results since your teeth are not distributing the force vertically. That can also result in parodontal problems. (Pardontitis, tooth loss, gingiva inflamations, mobile teeth.) - Occlusion ("The Bite itself") When you align your teeth with the aligner and everything is straightened out, you might have problems while chewing or biting. Orthodontic appliances use elastic rings or other mechanics to achieve a so called "Class I Occlusion" that means your upper teeth bite into the lower teeth like a Zipper. One after another. Ignoring your occlusion and just straightening your teeth might cause your teeth to bite crown on crown, get a scissor bite or even a crossbite. Class II : Your lower jaw is further behind, giving you an overbite, making it difficult to swallow or to close your lips and sometimes even when trying to bite off something Class III: Your lower jaw is way to far in the front, meaning your lower teeth bite in front of your upper ones. Usually results in a prominent chin both Class II & III may cause jaw problems. - Retention The retention is by far the most complicated and difficult phase in the orthodontic treatment planning. Doctors use different appliances to prevent moving of teeth and shift of occlusion after the finished treatment. There are fixed retainers (Metal wires glued to the lingual ( Tounge side ) side of your teeth, removable retainers ( Basically transparent splints you can take out to clean your teeth. usually used over night ) Keeping your teeth from moving is something that is not planned by you, but by nature. If your teeth happen to be in balance between lip preassure and tongue pressure, you might be the lucky one that doesn't need regular or any retention at all! :D -- Material costs Of course it is more expensive since you need the time, appointments, assistance, brackets, wires, alastics, elastics, mechanical and technical equipment, xrays etc. to get the work done. - Final thoughts I think these aligners are a wonderful idea and a great thing if you want to just straighten your teeth a little. Meaning you just need to rotate one or two, maybe push another further back inside or something like that. Everything else that might seem like more work like closing a gap, correcting over bite / Cross bite, many rotation issues etc. might be in need of a first consultation with an orthodontist. Not every case needs to be treated! But it's always better to first get professional opinion before working on it yourself with no experience. I always think of it like that: If your car doesn't work, do you start rebuilding your engine yourself? I hope these informations are helpful for some people! I am always open to help with questions about your orthodontic problem or if you want to know some things about treatments! @@pandamak3up Well I think this appliance definetely has a purpose for many people out there that are just looking for an affordable way to align their teeth a little! Depending on how "severe" the so called "malocclusion" is (How bad the status of the bite is) we usually tell our patient a variety of treatment alternatives. I don't want to lie, we usually use brackets to do our job, because removable appliances like "Invisalign" or fixed appliances on the lingual side (Lingual = Tongue Side) are usually more expensive, do not give the desired result, or just do not work properly, in our opinion. Every orthodontist has their go-to treatment plan, and we really love working with braces. I just wanted to give some information since i noticed that no comment was made by an orthodontist. It works but the first few days are the hardest for the gums and they get swollen so make sure to put it properly and brush your teeth so your gums will be good.

Im about to cry. It sadly took a little longer because Im stupid🥲 I had them on upside down BUT after a month I finally realised it. Anyhow. Im only 3 days with the second brace my teeth has improved DRAMATICLY. I mean from before where my two front teeth couldn't be there, they're legit almost ok place now. It's only been 3 months!!! My sister bought these and after one day, she realised that they were pushing her lower jaw back. She has an overbite, so she definitely does not need her lower jaw to shift backwards!!! So as she said, only those with braces I guess!!! I had braces before. But apparently when my dentist took my braces off and made my retainers, my gums were swollen. So 2 weeks later when I went to get my retainers, my gums went back to normal. 6 months later, my retainers broke (clear plastic ones) and I couldn't be bothered to replace it because my bite was off?? Have to shift my lower jaw back to align the molars with the top and its very tiring for my lower jaw. Few year on, my lower teeth started shifting I called up the clinic and they said they could only make retainers in the shape of my current teeth which is... crooked. Hope these myobraces can help me oh god, otherwise what did my parents spend that $3000+ for.

Thanks for the information. I am buying a similar trainer product to try out (the technical term is "splint activator", it was invented by French orthodontists in the 1950's). My teeth have become slightly crooked and the arch of my teeth is narrowing. Also, "mewing" is really good to do. Actually, mewing is just correct tongue posture, it helps prevent alot of problems like crooked teeth and breathing disorders (sleep apnea, snoring).

I searched how to clean this thing, it was said that should not clean it using hot water, or brushing it with toothbrush, or soaking it into water with toothpaste. The best way to clean this is to soak it into water with Baking soda for a 30 minutes. And also, wash it immimmediately after you used it.

I just bought mine today from Aliexpress for like $1 dollar, the clear one. As soon as it comes, I will try it and update after a month or so. I hope it works > < My teeth are crowded, overbite and asymmetrical, but it's not crooked at all. I wore it for like 2 days when it got here then I stopped for about a month because I was so scared that it is going to ruin my teeth. But I started using it again for like 3 days so far every night (8 hourish) and I can feel the pressure on my lower teeth moving forward because I have underbite and unsymmetrical face. I never got braces or a retainer bc my top set of teeth are perfect but the front of my bottom set are crooked so I basically had something like this from age 9 to about age 14. My dog ate 2 of my pairs and I bit through another pair. We couldn't afford a new pair and, besides minor aesthetic purposes, there was nothing wrong with my teeth so, my family stopped investing. I'm 22 now and I think my teeth are shifting bad and, since I already got use to something like Myobraces before, I'm thinking about investing. It'll be a hell of a lot cheaper. I know they hurt like a mother fucker at first but I remember they really did improve my teeth for a while.
I just thought i should add my experience as well..this product really works..it took me only 3 days to see the difference..i wear mine for an hour over the day and 3 to 4 hrs at night..at first i could bare the pain but the more you wear the more you get used to it..very pleased so far..btw bought mine on ebay for less than £3..
The product in the video is not necessarily a mouth guard. It is different stiffness of plastics and they have tight slots in them that someone “force” your teeth in line.
I'm on stage one . I started yesterday. I'm literally wearing it now. I got mine on temu for $8. Bottom are near straight and it doesn't hurt. However the top . It hurts. I have fangs and they are really feeling the pressure. Gave me a headache. I made it 4 hours total yesterday. I couldn't do all night. I lasted maybe an hour or two and woke up in pain and took it out. It will take time.
@@maatbakery5311 you cant see any difference but you can feel it. I can no longer bite down as i used to because they wont line up anymore. When chewing it is now an odd feeling bite and the teeth hit eachother in certain places whereas before they didnt. Still on stage 1. I have never worn at night. only like max 2 hours in a day

My teeth shifted back 😭 I even had some tooth decay thanks to the braces as I had food always stuck in it and spent so much money to remove the cavities. I can guarantee this works. I had braces and got them off, lost my retainer and my teeth shifted I was distraught. So I did my research I actually found this video and bought some off of aliexpress for $1 I just bought the ones that looked the same I didn't need phase 1 as my teeth were straight already. Just got mine 4 days ago and I’m already seeing results! But omg the pain is at a 10/10 for me. It’s difficult to sleep in this Bc the pain is that bad
I lasted 2 weeks wearing it. Every single night for those 2 weeks I tried to sleep with them I’d wake up to them not being in my mouth (I’m legit sleeping and I think they slide out of my mouth). So I had to wear it 4-5 hours which was a bit difficult to do bc I have to talk so often. I did see minor results but I couldn’t pull through with wearing it throughout the day and sleeping so I’m just getting Invisalign, better fit for me

I got my braces taken off around 7 years ago and I’ve been very inconsistent with my post-orthodontic care. I have gaps in between my teeth (front row only). Would wearing this really help. I’m kinda desperate here because I don’t want to pay thousands of dollars for braces again.

My dog ate my retainer twice- my mom won't get me another. So here I am. I got my braces off around late December, had them for about two years, and stopped wearing a retainer in March I think. I can tell my teeth have moved a lot and here I am trying to fix them.

I have two crooked teeth next to the big ones in the front so they should be easy to get back Into place. All I can say as of now is it hurts but I mean anything that doesn't hurt isn't working right. So I'll update you when I start seeing a more drastic difference in results :)
Been using these for one week now and already notice my teeth slowly realigning. It's closing my gaps, too. Dentists and orthodontists don't want you to know about this and would rather you pay then 5-6k for braces or retainers. Sad!
Guys please go see a orthodontist for a consultation regarding Myobraces. They spend several years studying on how your jaw alignment and teeth work together and know what's best for u. They will have to take x-ray etc etc to determine if you are suitable like normal braces process. You can straighten your teeth but what if your bite becomes worse..

She's not telling people with really bad teeth to try this. Just people with slightly crocked teeth. There are so many products on the market these days. Someone probably noticed that this helped them straighten the teeth a bit. I worn braces for 8 years! and they still shifted! BOO!

Once u take ur braces of the teeth will shift slightly but ure supposed to wear retainers. Fixed retainers that is glued behind the back of ur front teeth and clear removable ones that u wear all the time then gradually once a week. Ure supposed to do what the orthodontist tells u to. During treatment teeth may shift for many reasons, if u keep on breaking the wires or even the brackets that hold the wire together, if u don't go to ur appt, if u don't wear elastics.
There was no option of permanent retainer in the 90's , but Its all good for me.. I'm not stressing..

I'd like to win this because I've just removed my braces a few months ago and I realised that my teeth are not as straight as I'd like it to be. I didn't wanna spend on putting the braces back again, hence this is really the perfect item for me!!! :)
I have a set right now, only been using it for around a week... something I've noticed, if you gring your teeth at night you will get gnarly wounds on your gums for a few days before your body gets used to having something there and start healing them! I have an overbite and severe spacing so at the moment my lower jaw tends to slip out of the retainer at night. The pain of your teeth being pressed against it has stopped in 3 days of use but I sudgest having some pain killers on hand and prepair for A LOT of drool and dry lips! I really do think this is the best solution if you don't have thousands of dollars to throw out on your teeth but be prepared for some discomfort! It's not a glamorous process AT ALL! 😅 Good Luck! 💕

I’m 19 and I’ve ordered the $16 one’s off Amazon. I have an overbite, over-jet, and my lower teeth are severely crowded while my top teeth are straight. They should be arriving on the 6th, I’ll post updates on if they work for me cause I notice a lot of people who have worn braces are posting updates but people like me with more serious problems seem to have not tried.

First of all congrats to your successful video!
I just wanted to clarify some things you talked about orthodontic treatment and how it compares to this kind of aligners.
These aligners are working since they push your teeth together , making a nice formed arch on the upper and lower jaw. Straight teeth, perfect!
BUT WAIT
The reason why orthodontic fixed appliances are more expensive and take longer to achieve a finished result is because:
- Speed
Orthodontics, when used by the right professionals, use predicted and controlled forces to move your teeth. these aligners usually just press and push your teeth together, forcing them to stay straight no matter what.
- The Roots
The roots of your teeth are being moved along with the crown. when you just straighten your teeth with the aligner, the root usually stays in place. It looks straight from the outside, but on an XRAY you can see that your roots might be misaligned or tilted.
Usually that's not a problem, but it can result in unwanted "Torque" issues (We call the angle that your teeth are getting "Torque" - Some people want a more flat looking smile, others prefer convex smile profiles.), meaning you can see more of the tooths root, or the tooth looks shorter than it actually is. Also a tilted root can support instable results since your teeth are not distributing the force vertically. That can also result in parodontal problems. (Pardontitis, tooth loss, gingiva inflamations, mobile teeth.)
- Occlusion ("The Bite itself")
When you align your teeth with the aligner and everything is straightened out, you might have problems while chewing or biting.
Orthodontic appliances use elastic rings or other mechanics to achieve a so called "Class I Occlusion" that means your upper teeth bite into the lower teeth like a Zipper. One after another. Ignoring your occlusion and just straightening your teeth might cause your teeth to bite crown on crown, get a scissor bite or even a crossbite.
Class II : Your lower jaw is further behind, giving you an overbite, making it difficult to swallow or to close your lips and sometimes even when trying to bite off something
Class III: Your lower jaw is way to far in the front, meaning your lower teeth bite in front of your upper ones. Usually results in a prominent chin
both Class II & III may cause jaw problems.
- Retention
The retention is by far the most complicated and difficult phase in the orthodontic treatment planning. Doctors use different appliances to prevent moving of teeth and shift of occlusion after the finished treatment. There are fixed retainers (Metal wires glued to the lingual ( Tounge side ) side of your teeth, removable retainers ( Basically transparent splints you can take out to clean your teeth. usually used over night )
Keeping your teeth from moving is something that is not planned by you, but by nature. If your teeth happen to be in balance between lip preassure and tongue pressure, you might be the lucky one that doesn't need regular or any retention at all! :D
-- Material costs
Of course it is more expensive since you need the time, appointments, assistance, brackets, wires, alastics, elastics, mechanical and technical equipment, xrays etc. to get the work done.
- Final thoughts
I think these aligners are a wonderful idea and a great thing if you want to just straighten your teeth a little. Meaning you just need to rotate one or two, maybe push another further back inside or something like that. Everything else that might seem like more work like closing a gap, correcting over bite / Cross bite, many rotation issues etc. might be in need of a first consultation with an orthodontist. Not every case needs to be treated! But it's always better to first get professional opinion before working on it yourself with no experience.
I always think of it like that:
If your car doesn't work, do you start rebuilding your engine yourself?

@@pandamak3up Well I think this appliance definetely has a purpose for many people out there that are just looking for an affordable way to align their teeth a little! Depending on how "severe" the so called "malocclusion" is (How bad the status of the bite is) we usually tell our patient a variety of treatment alternatives.
I don't want to lie, we usually use brackets to do our job, because removable appliances like "Invisalign" or fixed appliances on the lingual side (Lingual = Tongue Side) are usually more expensive, do not give the desired result, or just do not work properly, in our opinion. Every orthodontist has their go-to treatment plan, and we really love working with braces.
I just wanted to give some information since i noticed that no comment was made by an orthodontist. Again, thank you for your time and your reply!

It works but the first few days are the hardest for the gums and they get swollen so make sure to put it properly and brush your teeth so your gums will be good.

Im about to cry. It sadly took a little longer because Im stupid🥲 I had them on upside down BUT after a month I finally realised it. Anyhow. My sister bought these and after one day, she realised that they were pushing her lower jaw back. She has an overbite, so she definitely does not need her lower jaw to shift backwards!!! So as she said, only those with braces I guess!!!
I had braces before. But apparently when my dentist took my braces off and made my retainers, my gums were swollen. So 2 weeks later when I went to get my retainers, my gums went back to normal. 6 months later, my retainers broke (clear plastic ones) and I couldn't be bothered to replace it because my bite was off?? Have to shift my lower jaw back to align the molars with the top and its very tiring for my lower jaw. Few year on, my lower teeth started shifting I called up the clinic and they said they could only make retainers in the shape of my current teeth which is... crooked. Hope these myobraces can help me oh god, otherwise what did my parents spend that $3000+ for.

Thanks for the information. I am buying a similar trainer product to try out (the technical term is "splint activator", it was invented by French orthodontists in the 1950's). My teeth have become slightly crooked and the arch of my teeth is narrowing.
Also, "mewing" is really good to do. Actually, mewing is just correct tongue posture, it helps prevent alot of problems like crooked teeth and breathing disorders (sleep apnea, snoring).

I searched how to clean this thing, it was said that should not clean it using hot water, or brushing it with toothbrush, or soaking it into water with toothpaste. The best way to clean this is to soak it into water with Baking soda for a 30 minutes. And also, wash it immimmediately after you used it.

I just bought mine today from Aliexpress for like $1 dollar, the clear one. As soon as it comes, I will try it and update after a month or so. I hope it works > < My teeth are crowded, overbite and asymmetrical, but it's not crooked at all. I wore it for like 2 days when it got here then I stopped for about a month because I was so scared that it is going to ruin my teeth. But I started using it again for like 3 days so far every night (8 hourish) and I can feel the pressure on my lower teeth moving forward because I have underbite and unsymmetrical face. Also my teeth hurts while doing this, so I would take it off when it hurts and put it back again when it feels better. Just in three days I’ve seen a slight difference, although it is a little change, I can still tell the difference on my face.
What I notice:
- My lips is more wider and symmetrical especially when I smile
- My jaw line became sharper
- My cheek bones is also more hollow
- My maxilla moved forward
- My face is so much slimmer, I’m skinny but have chubby face but now my face shape changed
- My eyes is less tired and more awake
Also keep in mind that I mew while doing this, correct swallowing and do tongue chewing every morning (30min)

I never got braces or a retainer bc my top set of teeth are perfect but the front of my bottom set are crooked so I basically had something like this from age 9 to about age 14. My dog ate 2 of my pairs and I bit through another pair. We couldn't afford a new pair and, besides minor aesthetic purposes, there was nothing wrong with my teeth so, my family stopped investing. I'm 22 now and I think my teeth are shifting bad and, since I already got use to something like Myobraces before, I'm thinking about investing. It'll be a hell of a lot cheaper. I know they hurt like a mother fucker at first but I remember they really did improve my teeth for a while.
I just thought i should add my experience as well..this product really works..it took me only 3 days to see the difference..i wear mine for an hour over the day and 3 to 4 hrs at night..at first i could bare the pain but the more you wear the more you get used to it..very pleased so far..btw bought mine on ebay for less than £3..

The product in the video is not necessarily a mouth guard. It is different stiffness of plastics and they have tight slots in them that someone “force” your teeth in line.
I'm on stage one . I started yesterday. I'm literally wearing it now. I got mine on temu for $8. Bottom are near straight and it doesn't hurt. However the top . It hurts. I have fangs and they are really feeling the pressure. Gave me a headache. I made it 4 hours total yesterday. I couldn't do all night. I lasted maybe an hour or two and woke up in pain and took it out. It will take time.

When chewing it is now an odd feeling bite and the teeth hit eachother in certain places whereas before they didnt. Still on stage 1. I have never worn at night. only like max 2 hours in a day

I can guarantee this works. I had braces and got them off, lost my retainer and my teeth shifted I was distraught. So I did my research I actually found this video and bought some off of aliexpress for $1 I just bought the ones that looked the same I didn't need phase 1 as my teeth were straight already. Now my teeth are back to the way they are. I don't have photos before anyone asks aha but I just wanted to come here and say this to anyone who needs info

I lasted 2 weeks wearing it. Every single night for those 2 weeks I tried to sleep with them I’d wake up to them not being in my mouth (I’m legit sleeping and I think they slide out of my mouth). So I had to wear it 4-5 hours which was a bit difficult to do bc I have to talk so often. @@MsHairmakeuphello, I'm not sure if it's the same manufacturer but the one I ordered is branded as sleep'O'brace and that is the name of the website also from which I ordered. This is the only product videos I get when I search that brand. 🤷

I got my braces taken off around 7 years ago and I’ve been very inconsistent with my post-orthodontic care. I have gaps in between my teeth (front row only). Would wearing this really help. I’m kinda desperate here because I don’t want to pay thousands of dollars for braces again.

Yes, when it hurts it means your teeth are shifting! :) Wear them 8 hours during the night and 2 during the day.

My dog ate my retainer twice- my mom won't get me another. So here I am. I got my braces off around late December, had them for about two years, and stopped wearing a retainer in March I think. I can tell my teeth have moved a lot and here I am trying to fix them.

I have two crooked teeth next to the big ones in the front so they should be easy to get back Into place. All I can say as of now is it hurts but I mean anything that doesn't hurt isn't working right. So I'll update you when I start seeing a more drastic difference in results :)

First day trying myobraces. It hurts a lot.
Been using these for one week now and already notice my teeth slowly realigning. It's closing my gaps, too. Dentists and orthodontists don't want you to know about this and would rather you pay then 5-6k for braces or retainers. Sad!

Guys please go see a orthodontist for a consultation regarding Myobraces. They spend several years studying on how your jaw alignment and teeth work together and know what's best for u. They will have to take x-ray etc etc to determine if you are suitable like normal braces process. You can straighten your teeth but what if your bite becomes worse..
