Taiwan only produces Chips. i.e. Fabrication. Chip design aur development abhi bhi USA hi karta hai. So Taiwan is not a threat to the US. But China wants to design, develop and produce their own chips, hence the threat to the US from China.
And India is in no way a threat to anyone! Koi raato raat aise powerhouse nahi ban sakta. Advanced chips hum bana bhi nahi sakte.

Hum kar sakte hain bhai. Duniya k 25℅ chip designers hamaare hain.
Par tum thoda kar lo China kitne saale so kitna saara paisa invest karke poora supply chain etc bana k baitha hai. Chip development me phir bhi US ko maat nahi de sakte.
Hamaara target abhi lower end chips hain. Usme success milne lage woh first step hoga. Isliye powerhouse bhool jaao. 25 saal mehnat karenge research pe talent pool pe supply chain etc tab hum bhi shaayad kuch kar paayenge. West phir bhi core technology kisi ko dega nahi. Taiwan itna bada chip powerhouse ban k sirf contract manufacturing karta hai. Isse samaj lo. But it is a great first step, this govt is trying hard🙏
@@Businessgeekco bhavnaayein raastrawaad apni jagah hai. Reality alag hai. But I am glad this govt had the courage and will to do what we couldn't do earlier. This should have been done atleast 15 years back. Good start but we are light years away from being a powerhouse.

main issue is too much consumption of precious fresh water🌊💦 in semi conductors manufacturing process.... that's not available in sufficient quantity after irrigation & daily humen needs ...

Main issue is lack of skilled workforce and ecosystem. India lacks R&D mindset and ecosystem.

As soon as India starts producing these 28 nm chips, just in 5 years India will come to 3nm.
Assuming that it happens in 5 years (which is impossible unless some fabrication company pities us), the rest of the world would have reached 2 tech nodes further down, making India lag yet again. 2nm is soon to reach production and then after 1nm, we will reach the angstroms. India will remain a laggard in this domain for decades unless something extraordinary is done by our government and people.

India has semiconductor designing experiences but lac manufacturing but in coming years we will see at least 10 plant in india
