Mixing:
Drumset mixed in Cockos Reaper mostly with plugins from IK Multimedia and Waves.
The miced signals (BD, SD and Toms) are software-triggered by Toontracks Drumtracker and processed by Superior Drummer w/ Metal Foundry. The output from Superior Drummer is mixed 60/40% with the real (and mixed) sound of the mics. All "room mics" (OH, Hats and Ride) are 100% miced sound (since you cannot trigger cymbals). No hardware triggers are used to maintain dynamics better. What you see is what you hear :)
