My assistant manager has 20 Tactical Knowledge and 16 Judging Player Ability, so do you think my Assistant would be OK to listen to here for Tactical stuff?
Even a 20 score in every attribute manager/assistant will still be programmed to make mistakes.
There is no substitute for taking control yourself - I'd you choose to listen to your assistant for convenience, you will be leaving yourself vulnerable to them making those mistakes which is not ideal when it comes to big games (cup games, finals, play offs etc)
