If you're new to Elden Ring and started with bandit, my heart goes out to you. I also started out as bandit as an experience souls player and the game curb stomped me over and over. But I was determined to make this class awesome, because double dagger dex murder seemed like my jam, and guess what? You absolutely can. With Reduvia and an extremely early knife that inflicts frost, you'll be decimating enemies and bosses in no time with this hyper-aggressive, in your face murder machine. Also it just feels cool when that blood hit procs.

I don’t even have this game yet and I still watch these lmao💀💀
I appreciate it haha maybe then you can figure out which class you like best for when you do get it!
@@ThreeMinuteGaming I think ima go w samurai or ur sword of night and flame build
@@ThreeMinuteGaming what if you have 2 Reduvias? Would it be possible to put the frost enchantment on one? And have the other one be the main dp weapon while the other one is what triggers the frost?
Highly recommend buying
I will gift u the game god bless u
I am amazed at how many bosses I’ve done in a row without dying after applying this build. Top notch.
does this build still work in the latest patch? im missing x2 of the talismans and the mask and its no where near as powerful :( sorry started playing elden ring around a month ago, very new
Seriously love the adhd fueled guide and build videos you do! Top tier bandit build and if you sup it with bleed arrows for some additional range it’s amazing!
Insane build! Absolutely amaze on what this game can offer to us. Keep up the good video!
That was quick and impressive! Thank you
Dude, love the straight and to the point information. Subscribed.
Really appreciate this, I just started playing a few days ago and wasn’t sure how to go about it all 😭 This is my first FromSoft game and I didn’t realize what I was getting into choosing bandit, (though I know I don’t have to stick to it) it’s been kind of rough but I’m determined to finish with my first intentions, I can’t turn back now haha
I'm in the same spot. I went from trying to parry everything with that little shield, to trying to Quickstep and use the reduvia if I got range/room to now going ice/bleed. Hopefully this guide and the buffs make it click!
You got this bro go kick some butt out there 👍👍👍
@@kiwisquid8605 Thanks! I just defeated Godrick yesterday after dying so many times lmfao
I was close every time but I’m still not completely used to dodging. I don’t know if it’s just me or my keyboard’s latency 😂 I’m probably on copium, but I was definitely proud of myself when I finally got it.
I did this too lol. After struggling with knives for so long I discovered that I can actually utilize other dexterity weapons instead of just daggers. So now I use a katana and have reduvia on the side for the projectile.
Just have persistence - you don’t need a build to make it (but it can help). Olympic athletes practice every day too! Also the range of daggers is terrible - try curved swords instead, easily obtainable, gives you reach
best kind of videos, short and to the point with the right amount of humor.
Was waiting for this one thanks!!
Amazing vid, thank you! Just finished my first playthrough, and cannot wait to try this in my 2nd.
i been rocking the bandit build too and this guide helped out glad to see more bandit builds
Wow great production quality 👍 keep it up man
Great build dude very informative 👍🏻
Holy shit! This was one hell of a care package! Thanks a lot bro 🙏🏽
Thank You, Your video has made an enormous increase to the amount of fun I am having playing Elden Ring.
i just watched 5 dagger build videos and urs finaly makes sense :) ty
I recently started playing Eldenring. For me its kinda the first souls game i really play. I played a bit of Sekiro and Bloodborn, but just 1 or 2 hours.
I started with several characters and i thought why not try Bandit, because i love this playstyle. Then i saw your video and it helped me a lot. As a beginner with these games, it was a pain in the ass to get everything, but it was definitely worth it! Thanks for this amazing guide ❤️
Wonderful guide, better than most content creators. Keep up the awesome work. Hoping for a samurai guide soon.
So much thanks I also started as bandit new to this game
Finally a unique build. Good work 🤙🏻!
great video keep up the good work.
Thank you, so much information crammed in here but I managed to follow it and I'm really enjoying this build
Still viable? Not nerfed? I’m taking this journey playing a bandit. I know the nerf stick has the ability to take many an item down if advertised too much on you tube.
@@tonynittoli4792 not nerfed yet! But having the talismans as well as fully upgrading both daggers makes a difference
Loved this video. Only thing I'd like to add is if you deal the last few hits to the big dragon while on Torrent, then run for the grace site immediately after the dragon's death twitch, you can keep it alive for further rune grinding. (You should hear the runes arrive just before the screen fades to black if you did it quick enough.) Gives 50K runes without any buffs, 60K with golden scarab talisman, and almost 80 if you add the golden fowl foot on top of it. Hope someone finds this useful lol
Another great video!
Ha Ha! I was just looking through your vids for a bandit/bleed guide :D thanks for reading my mind
This was my first elden ring build so thanks!
Awesome guide! Love the way you put things lmao fkn hilarious
"Scarlet Rot is like Poison on heroin..." LMAO brilliant. Love this guide, have been playing something similar so far, minus-frost, am having a look into that now though, cheers.
A few notes
1. In the fort right next to the dragon is the radagon sore seal which gives +5 to your physical stats.
2. When the dragon dies the second it’s health hits 0 turn and horse your way back to grace, if you make it back before it despawns then you can farm it over and over again.
3. Fastest way to kill it is with flail in blood grease or swarm of flies if you want to farm it late game
Further notes:
1. You can't apply ashes of war to Reduvia anyways, even if you wanted to.
2. Dual wielded Katanas do everything this build does, only better and more easily.
3. If you're worried about over applying frost and losing out on damage, it would make far more sense to put the Reduvia in your left hand so that you get more hits with it. Or, run a fire spell of some sort to reset the frost.
You actually don’t have to get hit at all for the friendly invader to show up. He appears after 30 seconds of the npc invader invades you. So all you have to do is run away or dodge for 30 seconds.
I know it's been a while, but listening to you in .5 reminds me how drunk I was last night. Thanks for the extensive guide on how to get this superb OP dagger.
Would be an excellent idea to hear from you making guides on how to master Elden Ring. Most things in the world are waiting to chew you up with no hesitation.
Now I can finally be a Rogue Thanks Three Minutes 🔥 🔥
tnx for the guide am using it right now and its rock like hell
I love the elden ring vids, keep it up
great video, thanks!
Helped a lot thanks
Very Simple guide!! THANK YOU!
Can i use the General Radahn Set fot Bandit? Or is that too heavy
thanks man!
I bought the game 2 days ago, this is my first FromSoftware game but after watching this video you really helped me. I'm starting to really like this kind of games.
you can jump any height down and take no damage at all if you are jumping on that air thrusting thing. so it not only helps us jump in air but also makes us possible to take 0 dmg when you jump there.
Been playing along these lines, and it’s a blast! Hard on my arthritic hands, but a blast! Before this, I hand played Bloodborne, and loved it also. Started as Astrologer, finally got an Xbox X, and started a Bandit right out of the gate.
Frost dagger and reduvia are really an insane combo.
Tip: You can save a few minutes when you arrive near Liurnia Academy on the middle of the map, instead of following the whole pink line you can get teleported near the objective (you'll be teleported 1 grace before the objective (smith guy Iji) where you can also get the map for the region) if you reach for the small circle on the map southeast of the 4th arrow indicator of the pink line. Pause at 6:25 and check the map.
More detail tips:
- Shoot the ballons with your starting bow while traveling to Iji, enough easy runes to not have to do the Night Cav cheese
- Dont buy the +4 somber off Iji, instead get it from the corpse north east to him at the valley entrance (with the giant land squirts leading to the Altus passage)
Also maybe suicide run through Faroth to get Radagons seal and then go light roll instead with only a bit of endurance investment (personal preference).
I don’t even need the paths I have all the equipment I need I just need to re stat. But I really appreciate the pathing you drew out it makes it really easy
Thank you!
Good video. Thanks.
Flawless instruction, I had to slow down playback a couple times, but within the hour, I had the dagger, the frost, the turtle and heavy armor. Absolutely beast mode and now I'm heading for the teardrop talisman. Thanks!
What level are you/did you start the guide with?
I'm looking to do the same thing, but can't really figure out, if this is just something to do right out the gates or I need to level a bit first?
@@jespervehnmunk8778 I literally started up the game, created the character and did this as soon as I had my steed. Within the hour of creating the character, I had this done.
@@rmr1279b Thanks. I went for it, and it worked for me too 💪
Already had Reduvia, so the dragon, the blacksmith and down went Margit 😀
Now moving to the refrigerator part 😄
I was using a moonveil+4 and meteor blade +5. now tried bloodhound claws+6 with a frost infusion and they do more dmg than the dual katana and they ignore shields. still having 30 int, 15 str 18 dex. frost/bleed is amazing.
Awesome!
You could swing by Caelid's rot pool and pick up the Rot Dog ashes to have a rot option early.
Another speedrunner esque option is to die to the Raya Lucario Iron Maiden by being eaten, then head over to the Swamp Castle in Altas plateau and beat the pvp invader for rotspur.
This build is legit. I was never big on dual wielding weapons. This build has changed my mind. It's fun and very strong.
Adding to my to do list
Nice, very nice. Gonna try this now and get my revenge. Subbed and belled. Cheers, Harry.
Man I'd just found your channel, nice explanation tho. I do this build, but for early game I put the reduvian on the left because I like to dodge with quickstep. I will try to make this build, so far I do is poison-blood build
Your guides are on a whole other level compared to some "top" creators. Keep up the good work 👏
I like the blue dancer talisman and running around nude with this build. Also you should definitely keep buckler in a free slot as bucklers parry is insane versus some bosses.
I just got the Reduvia today, tomorrow I'm gonna grind for the frost daggers. First ever Fromsoftware game and I chose the second hardest class without even knowing 😭 it's cool I ain't changing classes no way! This build is too awesome!
Man thx this is very nice. Too bad o can't go back now cuz I'm on this bleed katana build it's too late for this build now
😭😭😭
Thank you I should have done this at the beginning of the game.
Brilliant
You know a guide video is quality if it's so quick enough that I don't have to put it on 1.5-2x speed to not fall asleep.
From the investment mentioned in the video:
Max Arcane 25
End to 20
Dex to 40
Vigor and End
I am missing how the recommendation of getting Ekzykes's Decay fits as it would need faith 23. Should I invest in Faith from now on?
Good lord, do you have this in writing somewhere Lmao I need an article!! Hahaha great video I'm just slow on elden ring!
noob question here: after the first initial knife combo attack (L1) is it ok to switch to shield for defence in big fights or does that defeat the purpose of this dual dagger build? Got my reduvia to +9 and my great knife to +16 but I’m still grinding on my core stats
This was fantastic literally
The friendly invader spawns after a short time, you don't have to get hit 🤗. Also when the invader gets low enough he will heal himself, just do a quick weak attack and it interrupts his heal.
The friendly invader spawns after a short time, you don't have to get hit 珞. Also when the invader gets low enough he will heal himself, just do a quick weak attack and it interrupts his heal.
This tip actually really helped me against this guy! Got him the first time! :V
This takes way longer then a hour but great video …thanks
Tank you
There’s a portal around the right side of the lake that teleports you right before the ruins by the map.
I’m a year late it seems but I am finally jumping in to my first FromSoft game so excited to be apart of this community!!
So I was following this guide and it was smooth sailing until that invasion event. Long story short, it became 1v1 because friend invader died (i relied too much). Enemy and me both need to only land 1 hit to end the fight. And the f*cking nearby dragon fly killed me swooping in like an a**hole. I hope you can imagine my frustration being killed by an insect that is usually harmless.
lmao
😂
Same thing happened to me, except i was fighting the dragon nearby that area.
Kinda sucked fighting a dragon, and was 1 or 2 hits away from killing it when a dragonfly swooped in and killed me ^^
@@Raffalius bruh i would've probably genocided a whole bunch of dragonflys if that happened to me LMAO
I love how you call them l1 and l2 even if your an xbox channel :D
I also never came cool with RB and RT
Really fantastic guide. Would you use bandit for rivers of blood? Would this build differ much to use that weapon?
If you're going into arcane, rivers of blood would work extremely well. So yeah, you could probably easily transition into it once you hit the end of the mid game and got to where you could get that katana.
The friendly invader spawns after a short time, you don't have to get hit . Also when the invader gets low enough he will heal himself, just do a quick weak attack and it interrupts his heal.
For those struggling against the bloody finger, you can spend one level to get 10 strength and then use a mace, whilst that is happening you can spin the mace and get some good bleed and solo afterwards
more bandit builds pls
Super helpful but I'm not sure I can do this in an hour. I'll wait for the 80 hour version
Dex on bandit starts at 13 and Arcane at 14
I'm absolutely loving this build so far, and I've acquired everything in this video, I'm curious where do I take this build from here? What stats do I focus, what gear/weapons do I look for? Or do I run this till I beat the main game. Thanks!
Upgrade dex, arcane, and vigor, and mind if you wanna have more reduvia blood slashes. I like using light armor more with this, so finding strong light armor is beneficial. I’d also recommend trying to go reduvia + the bandit starting shield and try to get good at parrying, very fun aggressive build that takes some skill
Yeah went a bandit build that rocks faith arcane dex, finally got the scorpion sting dagger and just killed the blood lord for his blood fire spell.
Thoughts on getting black knife later in the game to swap out one of the daggers?
Lol I Needed thee hours… the nazgul trick didnt workout for me. But thanks for this build it is amazing!
Went and got just the weapons and upgrades. No talismans or better armor and absolutely smoked margit. Even with a half hearted attempt lol feels good after getting rolled by him multiple times in my previous playthrough
Thank you for the amazing content. How does this build scale into mid/late game ?
It works quite well, though I'd suggest considering a secondary weapon with Bloodhound's step to help with repositioning against harder enemies.
BadA$$ Video, straight to the point!! New Sub!
What did you end up putting your Faith at for the Dragon Spells and Communion? And Where did you get your Jelly Fish Pet?
I watched the first 4 mins I’m so confused
there is a portal to Iji that saves a good chunk of time, I found it by accident before I even knew what somber stones were for
the "nazgul" in the bridge are patched, not go this metod to kill.
and some thing are you show, dont get in those points.
Alternative to great dagger. Help needed! Read below :)
Found some claws, that seems to "out-stat" the great dagger.
Str E, Dex C (identical).
Physical 89 (beats 75)
Critical 110 (identical)
Causes blood loss buildup 60 (beats 38)
Wouldn't that be an even better fit for the frost damage mod?
I actually have a frost+poison+bleed claw build coming out soon that it would probably work better with!
i upgraded intelligence to 12 as well so I could use the horn bow to cheese some bosses since it is a stealth build also
in late game you can use fire deadly sin as incantation to keep freezing and bleeding the enemy all the time
Question! Could you substitute the Bloodstained Dagger for the Great Knife? It looks to be the same in terms of bleed except its has +1 on all Def stats, +6 phys, and .5 heavier. Might take more time to get but still available fairly early.
Also, supposing you can get a friend to drop a second Reduvia for you to grab up, would THAT be a better choice than everything I just said? Its my first week with a souls game and I wanna run my numbers as high as I can 🤣
Yeah so I was going to suggest the Bloodstained Dagger but the farm took me like 3 hours and it was only slightly better. However if you have one, that's the one I'd use.
I would advise against putting the frost on a second reduvia, but I'd still use it. Basically I'd put both the extra reduvia and the ice knife in the left hand, then after frostbite procs just switch to duel-wielding reduvias.
Frost stays on a while and it doesn't actually add anything to the debuff if you hit with frostbite while it's active, so using the offhand knife to just freeze, then double-duty reduvia bleed would be extremely powerful.
I’ve always wanted to make people feel like they’re outside of an open refrigerator.
Really like the look of this build, but does the limited range of daggers pose a problem on bosses with longer weapons / wider attacks like Melania ?
It does make it tricky, I'd suggest getting an extra dagger with Bloodhound's Step on it and use that for mobility if you plan on taking daggers into the endgame.
Wretch on elden ring is so much easier than the equivalent in prior games, if anyone has ever avoided it because it has a difficulty reputation, then reconsider, it’s extremely easy
You should mention grabbing Radagons Soreseal just before killing Smog
Yeah it's worth picking up, though I don't recommend equipping it when you fight the invader lol wait until after
Can the frost weapon use its ash if equipped to the left hand while duel wielding in anyway? Sorry new to the game. Pls don’t be rude ;-;
I choose bandit then saw vdos saying bandit is one of the hardest class for beginners now I got 100k runes watching another vdo but still didn't know how yo spend it. Well now I do
You can do something similar but with whips which gives you more range and poise breaking for some reason. The Urumi whip in caria manor can reach B dex scaling and C int scaling when you put on the ice ash. You can also get the petal whip with decent bleed early by killing Diallos when he's grieving for his servant.(he also drops a sick mask) Best thing is I can put bloodhound step on the petal whip for extra mobility. I follow the guide here until i get the +5 Reduvia to use as a critical weapon/backstabs (whips can't do those) and as my Diallos murdering tool. Planning on using banished knight armor until I can get the Hoslow set. Other upgrades would be to make the petal have extra bleed by using the black whetblade and upgrading dex and my bar stats.
